We have had a wonderful experience every time we have shopped here. We have bought new rings and had new settings made with family heirlooms. Every employee is friendly and helpful. Store manager, Duane, is someone everyone can relate to. He listens to you to see what you want, then shows you what he has. You will be happy with your experience. I know we always have been.

the manager in this store is awful, very bad attitude when I returned some thing even if was their technical problem, dont buy anything if you find a lady with short hair. They just want you to buy something, and dont care about the after-sales service
