I repair and sell watches on the internet. I sold a beautiful Benrus and discovered the crown was ill fitting and the wrong color. Being I was supposed to mail the watch that day I was in a panic to find a new crown. I called Esslingers and talked with a Molly. I explained what i needed and why. She said I could email them and a watch tech would maybe (maybe?) get back to me. I told her I would be willing to drive to their place to get the part. She was evasive and said the only way was to email. I would never bother calling these people again. It was a big waste of time.

I created an online order for a movement and hands to replace the broken parts of a very special clock to me. I apparently ordered hands that wouldnt fit the movement I ordered, so rather than ship me pieces that wouldnt work for me, the customer service team reached out proactively to remedy the situation before it was even a problem. This is the best service Ive ever received from an online shopping experience and Im very impressed. Thank you!

One star is too much! This is by far the most irritating and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My order was wrong and they did absolutely NOTHING to remedy the issue. Save your money and find a different company to order from.
