I recently purchased an engagement ring from Diamandel and with the guidance of Mr. Ramnik the process was easier than I could have hoped for. From setting up a time to meet with me and just listening to what type of ring I was looking for before opening a big box of rings I was able to get a ring that had more personal meaning to me. I was given great instructions and never felt pressured into buying something I did not love. When I saw a diamond I liked, Mr. Ramnik, got on the phone and had 3 more stones very similar to the one I liked sent over the next day to give me more variety to choose from. I look forward to purchasing more jewelry from Diamandel as they made my experience more than just a trip to a big nationwide store. I look forward to my next purchase from such a great company. Great prices, great people, great atmosphere, and even better diamond selection.

I went to every jewelry store in Baton Rouge looking for an engagement ring and Diamandel Diamonds was easily the best store in town. These reasons led me to make my purchase from there: 1) Trustworthy- Ramnik has been doing business in Baton Rouge for 30 years and has a solid reputation as a jeweler 2) The majority of their rings are custom made so I was able to get exactly what I was looking for 3) Prices were lower than the other jewelry stores I went to so I was able to get a higher quality diamond. Overall, the experience of purchasing an engagement ring was made much easier by this company

With the pressure of making an engagement ring everything and more I can honestly say my expectations were far surpassed by Diamandel. Not only did it turn out to be far more beautiful than I expected but it also didnt break the bank. Great customer service! I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and I got what I wanted UNDER BUDGET! I was sort of in a strict time frame. I picked a ring and there were some minor adjustment that had to be made. They made the adjustments and met the deadline. This place is amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!! P.S.
