This is the place to go. Robert and Kim are two of the nicest people youll ever meet. I moved to Minnesota from Washington 6 years ago and found out my engagement stone was loose during a cleaning. Not knowing where to go, I took it to Wedding Day Diamonds and they had it for over a week and charged me $125.00 to tighten a solitaire. Fast forward a year, I found Robert Foote Jeweler at a 50th and France Ladies Night Out. My friend and I met Kim. She was SO incredibly sweet and kind. She cleaned our rings and let us try on other sparkly stuff just for fun. She knew we wouldnt be buying but never snubbed us like youd often have happen if you are "just looking". A few months later I was told my stone was loose again - which is very odd for the type of setting I have. Makes me wonder if Wedding Day didnt do a proper job. I took my ring to Robert and he quoted me $45 if I recall correctly and it only took a few days. I was shocked. He did an amazing job, and its been perfect since. When I have gone in they always offer to clean and polish my rings and are so fun and kind. Its my 11 year anniversary and I am finally having my wedding band fixed and sort of re-worked which was never made properly in the first place at a custom jeweler. RF Jeweler gave a very reasonable price and I trust them 100% that its going to come out amazing. They are all about customer service and making great pieces. You have to just stop in, even if just for a cleaning of your jewelry, to meet these fabulous people! You will end up making them YOUR go to place. Thanks Robert and Kim!!!

I used Robert and Kim to do my wifes engagement ring and wedding band. He did a fantastic job and worked with me on my design. I wanted unusual cut diamonds along with the solitaire and he was able to get them cut and set also. He did such a great job I used him later for a custom necklace for my wife. Besides being amazing at custom jewelry, they are both super friendly and nice and show genuine interest in you and your piece. My father in law and wife also used them for their wedding rings and they both loved Kim and Robert and their work as well.
