I know I rated this place a 1, but it should be a 0. I called this store and shared 3 items with them and asked if they were accepting those items. I drove all the way down there (like a half hour drive) and it was in a gross area of town. I brought my items inside and the guy working, without even coming over to look at my items, stayed sitting down where he was comfortable. He glared at me, then snuffed as he looked over at the girl working and sarcastically said "hey ***** (name), are we taking these items?" and she rolled her eyes and was like "psh. no." At least dont tell people you are and have them make the trip down there. The shop itself is gross, sells used porn and old generators. The part that bothered me the most was I brought in a coach purse and he said that he didnt take coach purses (yet over the phone they said they did). There were two coach purses on display, so I said "if you dont take mine then why do you have two right there?" and he goes "those are the owners daughters" He was being rude to some people in line in front of me too, and we ended up talking about the horrible service we all received in the parking lot. NEVER GO HERE ITS SICK!

This USED to be the only pawn shop I did business with. Boy was I glad I went somewhere else, on a whim, instead. They brag that they give the best prices for gold. They dont even give you HALF of its worth. Because I called the owner out on his giving the most for gold (and proved him wrong), he got personal about it, then a year later told me to never come back again, even after I had bought 4 laptops from him in a year, because I brought back one because the battery was bad in it, and it wouldnt charge. He also fired a man who had been with him for at least 5 years because he changed it out for me. The owner, Ty, is an ASS. Do NOT do business with this man, he will screw you over if he can get away with it.

Do Not use this pawn shop they gave me a loan for $75 on a brand new never shot 380 $300 value ..$200 on a brand new Ar15 ($1300 value)never shot and $250 mossburg ($800 value but tried telling me values significantly lower,so i didnt argue due to needing money and it being easier to get out .I asked how long at time of loan they were safe and was told as long as i made interest payments i was fine the next month..i was 2 weeks late due to medical issues and called to make payment and was told they sold all my things with out contacting me and said they sell 7days after being late...wtf? ,when i was told it was 30 days before..they are liars and thieves RUN.

Ive been going to this shop regularly for a while. It is a small storefront that shares a parking lot with an auto repair shop, so parking can be interesting. They have a selection of jewelry, firearms, electronics, some tools and $6 dvds. Their selection of firearms is generally overpriced and in poor condition (scratches on the barrels, lots of wear and grim . Not to mention they havent been moving much inventory, as every time I go in, there are the same tools, firearms and electronics.

Insulting. Young kid giving me a price for a computer that he didnt even bother looking at the specs. Brand new HP Elitebook w/ windows 7 buisness 4gigs the retail is $1399.00. Punk offered me $200 thinking I was a desperate a hole. Just say you dont want it or you dont know what your looking at and send me somewhere else. He pulled up ebay and showed me one selling for $450 that was used with windows vista, half the features, and in the ad said "rough condition".

Worst place ever! Tried to sell a tablet and was told they dont by anything but apple and other high names but im staring at a off market tablet they want to sell for $80. Also took a stereo in. Plugged it in, and turned it on and didnt even allow it to do a systems check and tried to force it to read an already messed up CD. He found any excuse he could to not buy anything. Pathetic and rude. Dont waste your time. He didnt even check the value

Black gentleman was very rude. I was going to take a guitar, which Ive do everywhere, "hey mister we have to get them guitars down for ya, cant you read the sign". Im 57 years old. Ive been playing for 48 years and had guitars worth over 4000 dollars. I think I could probably take a 50.00 Epiphone Jr off of the rack. I turned around and walked out. Sorry A to Z another lost customer...

I went there to see if they maybe had a model portal gun only to find out that they had a real one! Ya, a real portal gun! I was like WTFBBQPWND what do you want for this. The nice handsome man at the store said for the low low price of $19.99. At that point my head exploded I gave the gorgeous man his money and now I have a portal gun and my life is complete.

There is a tall guy that handles most if the buying. They say they pay the most for gold in town it is a lie! The guy tried to tell me I had tenths of gold. lol I knew what I had so I left and went to a jewelry store on merle hay they paid me 700.00 where this crook offered me 350.00 and told me I wouldnt find a better price.

They have been very good to me over the years. When i couldnt pay the day my item was due. They always worked with me. Goid customer service from the lady. The blacj gentlemen rude and has no customer relations. Needs to improve his overall attitude. Its the lady I give 5 stars to.

The service was amazing! Fast the intelligent lad at the counter found whatever I needed and even got this cute girl to give me a nice free lap dance to go with it! Id definitely return to that store for sure!

Extremely RUDE! The only reason to stop there is for the $99 PS Vita (+1*) I wouldnt know about pawning there, but as a customer; Im appalled at the way they treat their customers, if they have any.
