These folks were great! Polite answering my call, although I was put on hold for awhile, there no irritating warped music to listen to, and when he returned he took time to look for the item that I asked for and described it to me. When I arrived, I was greeted even though they were busy and on the phone. He opened up the packaged item for me to make sure that it would work. Meanwhile he and another employee were very busy answering phones, answering questions and reading labels to customers. I thought that they were amazing and will return and recommend them to others as well.
