Worst customer service ever. Lamont and Osvaldo are complete idiots. As well as the store manager. Wrong parts given, Osvaldo doesnt know how to test a starter and lied and said that it passed. Went to Oreillys and they said it failed. Osvaldo took another 15 minutes to test a warranty swap, came back and said their tester wasnt working. Went again and Lamont didnt give me my points.

The sales guy was helpful in directing me in finding some wiper blades for my vehicle. On another occasion, I told the sales guy I needed a new battery. He didnt believe my two year old battery needed to be replaced. But i proved him wrong. My battery was dead. Oh well still a good place to get good on auto parts.

The manager is a rude, careless person with the absolute worst customer service I have ever expericned in any store. I will NEVER go to this AutoZone ever again, and those who do will surely be disappointed with their service (or lack thereof).

Came in to see if somebody could jump my rental car a few blocks away since i left the lights on overnight. They sent a guy right away and didnt charge me a dime. That not good service, thats great service!
