I went in Friday morning 8/11/17 as soon as they opened at 10 am for a Nissan Versa they had online for $8990 with 38k miles. All said and done, $10,377 with taxes and fees, just to give you an idea. I had financing approved through my credit union with a great interest rate. My letter of approval shouldve been sufficient for hertz (or a "dealer") and desert schools to work out the funding internally. They dont do that here. I spoke with Prakash, and he insisted that he could beat the interest rate if I went through them..so...4 dings to my credit score later, he couldnt beat it. Great. Thanks. Prakash, while Im sure hes not a bad guy, he certainly needs to work on his tone. Its not what he says, its how he says it. I was given a bill of sale and told that they need a check and wouldnt hold the car. He spoke with my contact at the credit union and he was nippy with her. He emailed her the documents. No waiting for funding, even though through a "regular" dealer, it should have been fine. It was an all day process for me. Blehhhh! Silly me, thinking that things would just cruise right along. Nope, not with car buying. Dale was wonderful, I had taken a test drive in another vehicle a couple of days before. I like him, hes very straight forward and calmed me down in my frustration. They are hourly employees here, not a pressure cooker for sales, which is nice. Prices are very reasonable. Ill come back here and let you know if something is weird with the car. Seems like it will be perfectly fine. So..if youre going through your bank for financing, check on how they deal with Hertz, thats my advice. Avoid the headache I went through all day yesterday. So, 5 stars for price and Dale, minus a star for Prakash.. Good luck!

My husband and I were looking for a car that would be more reliable and live a little longer than the car we had. We had several mediocre experiences at other dealers, and one horrid experience at Camelback Kia. We came to Hertz with a lot of apprehension, wed been jerked around a lot and we were ready to bolt if we sensed any kind of sharking going on. I cant tell you what world of a difference it was between every other place we had been. There was seriously no pressure, no hard-ball sales going on, just a kind of an attitude of "hey, whatever car you guys want well get you situated" kind of feeling. They werent trying to nickle-and-dime us at all. Even when we discussed adding additional coverage to our car, it was more of a gentle suggestion then a "YOU MUST HAVE THIS OR ELSE". In particular, we dealt with John Fliss mostly, a very kind gentleman who assisted us in finalizing the deal. And also, despite losing money on another car we were looking at, directed us away from a car we were looking at that was having issues off the lot. Mark was the online sales manager that we had e-mail contact with, and he was also just awesome! With Camelback Kia and Bell Honda we were literally fighting to just agree on a base price. None of that here, and the cherry on top was how awesome the staff there was! I will definitely send my family and friends here if they need a car! We are very happy with our purchase and thrilled with the care that was taken with us here!

This place is the model of true customer service, and I am someone who usually HATES dealing with car salesmen. After many months of horrible experiences searching for a used car at dealers around the valley, we found Hertz. We were extremely pleased with the prices that were set below blue book value, the no haggle experience and the customer service. Allen Lowe was a great salesperson to work with and Robert Scholler the manager also helped us out. We will only buy cars from Hertz in the future. We were happy that the sales person treated us respectfully and did not try to haggle and play the typical sleazy used care salesman type games. Our car did not have two keys, and so they sent out a mobile locksmith, direct to our door, to provide us with a free key, (which would have been pretty pricey). The car has low mileage, is in excellent condition and fun to drive. We had it inspected afterwards and everything is in perfect condition! The price was great and the mileage is fabulous. We will be back! Thanks!!

My wife and I just bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from this location and it was definitely the best car buying experience either of us has had yet. We called in to ask about the availability of the car and Dennis told us it was available but did not pressure us into anything. When we went in the next day we met with John who was very honest and welcoming without pressuring us into anything. We took a quick test drive (on our own) and got an out-the-door price 5 minutes later. We decided to sleep on it and we were back the next day to finalize payment. Bob was the finance guy who walked us through everything involved with financing the car and gave us the option of a warranty but again left the decision entirely up to us. Whole thing took less than 2 hours and we would definitely recommend this location to any interested buyer.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this location. It was a pleasant and smooth process starting with the initial phone call that morning to do some inquiring. I spoke with John Fliss and it was all customer service from there. I was graciously greeted by John upon my arrival at the dealership and was shown several vehicles after he inquired what type of car I was looking for. I was allowed to drive them, alone, to truly experience the car, my questions were answered, no matter how many I asked, and I never felt pressured. Dale was very accomodating regarding the financing portion and also answered my many questions without ever displaying annoyance. I would highly recommend that you visit this location if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Buying a car here a fast, easy painless experience. I went to a local dealer and looked at the car I wanted, a 2013 white Altima. Then I went on line with Hertz to find one with the options that I wanted. Called John and went to the lot, was out in an hour. All three of the salesmen were great. I the car was even more beautiful that I thought, the interior wax black with silver trim, lovely with the pearl white exterior. Couldnt have been more happy, I was in a hurry because my car had been totaled on Sat night and I had a new car by Mon afternoon. My family has bought from Hertz in Cal and I have before as well, they are good cars for a decent price and the service is great.

Our experience with Hertz Car Sales Phoenix was fantastic! Dennis our sales rep and Dale the manager did everything possible to make the entire experience easy, comfortable and fast. We loved being able to look over all the different cars without any feeling of pressure and knowing what the price would be. Dennis helped us select the best car for our budget and for our needs. He was pleasant and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our sincerest appreciation to all the guys at Hertz for making this the best car buying experience of my life. We will definately be back when we need another car and encourage anyone reading this to give them a try. You wont be disappointed!
