I want to stress to you that I am not a happy customer at all I was a Car-max customer for 4 years and the service is like night and day. I was in a car accident and the vehicle was deemed unsafe and a total loss Car-max was able to find me a lender Capital One but they requested my payoff letter for the vehicle that was totaled. The process to receive that letter take weeks and I was in an enterprise rental car for almost a month. I called Enterprise and spoke with sales rep Jessica who was extremely nice by the way. 4.23.16 I got into a 2015 Dodge Caravan and was happy as a peach since enterprise was able to find a finance company to finance me without the pay off letter but turn it in when I got it. BIG MISTAKE not only did I get harassed for the letter that Jessica and Joanne knew I didnt have the bank pulled the funding before I can get the letter. Jessica told me that I had to come in to re do the paperwork since the bank didnt do the funding I went in on a Sunday 5.22.16 and was told no way I can leave with the van unless I paid a higher car payment monthly or pay another $1000 cash down. (i recorded the entire visit as soon as I seen it going left so I am not making this up) after crying and with no other vehicle I agreed to do payments for the additional $1000 down that was needed on top of the $1500 that I already had paid and was told ( per my recording) that I can make payments to cover the $1000 additional that I have to pay ok no problem. I asked for my down-payment back and was told it had to go through management and can take a few days so I couldnt get it back and go somewhere else and pay them the down payment that I had $1500. I re did all the paperwork 5.23.16 and wrote checks but was told that I had to pay by June 24th the additional $1000 (different tune than on 5.22.16 where she said she will work with me) but I had to work with her. My vehicle temporary tags expired 6.6.16 and Jessica told me that I cant receive another tag dated 7.7.16 like the one that was printed when I was in her office on 5.23.16 re doing my paperwork and it was printed out (I saw it) I called Jessica when I didnt receive my plates yet and told her that my tags will expire any day now she told me " I cant send anything to the DMV until after your funding is approved" LIES I then received a letter from the DMV saying my vehicle registration expired on APRIL 30 2016???? First off this letter is dated June 1st it says that I was listed as the owner to the DMV on 5.6.16??? But she said she cant send anything to the DMV until after my funding is approved? So why did she list me as the owner? I have the report from the report stating that. Also Why am I driving around 2 months now with expired registration tags? Any why was any of my information submitted to the DMV and my funding didnt get completed until Monday June 13th? Anyways while going through all of this I let Jessica know that my breaks were squeaking and my old light and change oil is coming on she said will have Firestone service it I paid for a rental deposit not once but twice and each time firestone is saying nothing wrong with my van they cant find anything wrong the oil is new nothing wrong with the brakes they are fine and this weird whistling noise that I recorded and played for Jessica was to be investigated as well. As of today 6.21.16 my registration is still expired and that whistling noise that I hear is my front windshield not properly sealed and my brakes are still squeaking the oil light is now out either they changed the oil or they tightened the loose cap either way something was wrong since I was getting flashes on my dash. I NEED MY REGISTRATION RENEWED I NEED MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED I NEED MY BRAKES REPAIRED

Went to Enterprise rental location in Prescott, AZ. While renting the car, we picked up a brochure for Enterprise Car Sales. I asked the agent assisting me with the rental if she knew about the possibility of purchasing a vehicle from the Car Sales location and she gave us the necessary information and recommended we could purchase a car in Peoria, AZ. I did not have to make a phone call! Debbie Roneyn the rental agent contacted the Car sales agent Manuel Medina. He contacted me and we made an appointment to meet with him in Peoria. In fact instead of turning in my rental car,I advised them I would like to purchase it. We then drove the rental car to Peoria and we met Manuel at the site along with several people at the office. We were assisted by Kami Hartnell with a warm welcome, and Manuel came in to assist us in our vehicle information. After looking at the vehicles in our price ranges, we selected the one we wanted, and again received amazing help from Joan Booth in processing our documents and Manuel with he kind consideration for us in the car purchase. I purchased this vehicle for my wife and she had to choose the one most appealing to her. Manuel is truly a professional at helping clients. Our experience with Enterprise Car Sales, Enterprise Rental Agency, was beyond expectation, and the best experience we have ever had. I rate this organization at the top, BEST! Sincerely, George Wright

We had a terrific experience with Enterprise, twice. We bought our first car for my wife in Tempe last summer. Garrett Logan was our sales rep. We found him honest and did not pressure us in any way. The price was below KBB and the car was clean and ran perfectly. After a year, we have not experienced a single issue with car. Last month we found ourselves in a position to trade in our 2005 minivan and buy another car. We looked around. It turned out that the best deal we found was with Enterprise car sales again. We stopped by the Peoria location and spoke with Mike. We initially did not see a car of our liking so Mike showed us options at Tempe and even Tucson locations. We decided on a car in Tucson and reserved the car to be sent up. Mike actually did a car exchange and drove down to Tucson that day and picked up our car. Talk about customer service. What more could we have asked for. Also, we needed to finance our car and it turns out that Garrett, the sales rep that sold us our first car, was now the Assistant Sales Manager at Peoria. That sealed the deal for us and we purchased our second car from Enterprise. We would recommend to people that they should check with Enterprise when they need to buy a car. Please seek our Mike or Garrett. I can assure you that they will be honest and take care of you.

I was interested in purchasing a fuel economy car and had been looking at the Chrysler 100. I had to take a business trip 240 miles from my home and the local Enterprise, Hannah, was able to rent me one to do a test drive. 480 miles later, that car was not the one. Rudy, the sales rep, in Peoria had me come over to look to see what else was available. I liked the Chrysler 300, 32,000 miles. It had an ok fuel economy but had a luxurious ride and was comfortable. I waited two weeks doing my due diligence on that model. When I returned that vehicle was gone but they said that two others were available in AZ, one in Tucson, 18,000 miles, and one in Mesa, 9800 miles. Having done my research, I said the one with 9800 miles, please. They had it delivered the next day, sale went through seamlessly and I drove away a happy Chrysler 300 owner and thankful for all that the Enterprise team did to make it happen.
