I did not think that car sale men were in the business to NOT sell cars. This dealer completely ignored anything i asked him and i was the only customer in his lot. When i spoke to him he did not even look at me or acknowledge that i was interested in buying one of his cars. When i told him i was interested in a V6 Honda he responded with, "do you know they are expensive?" My thought was I just drove up to your lot knowing your prices and the first thing you respond with is they are expensive. I did not even ask him what the price was but I now know that apparently that car is too expensive for a young professional in Utah. My next questions was why, is it because Im Latino, no it cant be. I did not ever think that this kind of racism existed in the part of the country. I was so put off by the way he responded to everything that i asked that i did not put it together at first. While inside the office as I tried to ask questions he was too busy looking out the window at my wife and infant son, as if they were attempting to steal one of his vehicles. As I was leaving Rands lot another young white customer came up and he rushed to assist her. That is when it hit me, why is my money any different than hers, oh wait is not any different its just the the person who earns it and wants to spend it is not of the same race. I do not recommend anyone of any other race (other than white) goes to this lot. If you dont believe me, and you are not white, I ask you to try it and post your experience.

This place has caused me nothing but problems. The cars may be cheap but thats only because theyll run for a week before somethings wrong with them and your at a mechanic fixing it. Do not go here for a used car, take my word for it and save your time and money. This place also changed theyre name to "2eenz" recently. Dont be fooled....same place.

This is a wonderful place to buy your next used car! They helped me find a 2005 Lexus RX330 that had everything I wanted and at a price that was much less than I expected. Just bought my third car from Rand. This place is what a car dealership should be like. I was out looking at cars at the automall and the pressure was intense. Rands has great prices and a no pressure enviroment.

It seems to me that if you bought the car and later discovered that it had a major problem you could have easily taken it back to this dealer and had it fixed. Did you try going through the dealer first?
