The worst experience I have ever had with customer service! My husband loves to work with small businesses and likes to build relationships with them so he asked a lot of questions to learn more about the business as we were looking at a car. And then in a very rude, unprofessional, and obnoxious manner the car salesman mimicked my husband and started asking him about his business saying "well how much did you make last year?" "How many employees do you have"? Etc. He said to stop using the car as a "ploy" to get information about the dealership. And then he asked us what our credit score was and said it was too good and we shouldnt even be shopping there for a car. We asked for information about a car to take home with us and he said "no". I honestly had no idea even what to say to this man it was so HORRIBLE. I left there almost in tears from being so disrespected. I cant even stress how bad this was. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service before. He ruined our business there for sure and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

my roommate bought a car that was stickered at less than 10k with great mileage. I got to say that it was an experience you would expect from somebody that you grew up with that was trying to get you out the door with a car but only if it was affordable to your budget. I would describe the experience as "reassuring." He got an affordable payment without breaking his legs over the price. We only had to put down $ and after bit of haggling over the payments we drove out of there with the car. Everyone was happy, it was how a dealership SHOULD work when they say "well work with you" or "well make this happen." They literally are the only dealership I would recommend to go to if you have bad credit, no credit, but a decent job and a need to better yourself. Bravo Other Guys.

Great experience, Mike and Tim are great and really deserve more credit! Not sure who some of these other reviewers worked with but Mike was so great, and wanted to know me personally and what my situation was. They were willing to work with my situation, listen to what I had to work with, and gave me a few different options to choose from in order to work through my situation. The process was pretty quick and Im driving away with my car. Thank you all!

Cheers to Mike and Tim! These guys are awesome and they will work hard on your behalf to get you a vehicle. This place is unlike any other dealership, they have a true passion for people and customer service. Mike didnt let us leave unless we were driving out in our new car and we did. I recommend this place over any other place! Honest and professional guys here and definitely worth your time. Come check it out and good luck with your car search!

What isnt there to love about these guys!?! I spoke with RJ and Tim at the Glendale location, and I was completely open and honest about my whole situation. I mean COMPLETELY honest and they were able to work out an AWSOME deal for me!!!!! I thank God for RJ and Tim, as well as the whole Other Guys Staff!!! Nothing but lies I have an investigation open on them as we speak. Sold me a car that cant pass emissions and they dont want to help and its been 3 months. The management to all incompetent mechanics there are full of lies. What ever you do dont purchase a car from them.

I called in to ask them a couple questions about a car. They said to come in and they will work something out with me. As soon I get there, there was no one to greet you, and no one in the office to take care of you. Worst dealership I have ever been to!
