I have consistently been treated great here. I purchased my first pick up from them 2 years ago. At the time of purchase, I paid for parts on required and needed repairs. After purchasing parts their mechanic let them know these repairs were not needed. They took the parts back and used the money to repair what was the actual problem, with my permission. They completed so much work and repairs, without charging me anymore money. When I purchased my second truck from them, they had it detailed before I picked it up. I drove it for a couple days before the AC stopped blowing cold air. I called and they had me bring it in, added Freon with no charge to me. A couple days later the same thing happened. They had me drop it off and went through it. Needed a new fan sleed switch. They installed it and made it ll good. No charge to me stating it should have been working before they sold it. I also asked them to install a set of steps and KnN air filter system I bought for it. They installed it all and only charged me $50.00 for labor. These folks are great, when I am ready for another truck I will be back there.

My daughter just moved to Kingman in July and purchased a car from this place at the beginning of august. The first car she bought, it completely died an hour after driving it off the lot and would not start. So the company said they would let her trade that dead car in on a different car and charged her $100 for having to come and get the non-working car. The other car started overheating after only having it a week and a half. Now after almost a month of having the car, she is unable to drive it due to the mechanical problems. I would give these guys zero starts of dont ever buy from them if that was an option. Your best bet is to go to someplace like CarMax for your car purchases. We bought a car from them and everything went very well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ACT ALL NICE AND THEN PROOF THEY TAKE YOUR CAR FROM YOU EVEN THOUGH U HAVE PAID UP. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.
