WOW! I wish every car dealership was as good as these guys. My recent purchase was without a doubt the BEST car purchase I have ever had. We were helping my daughter and her husband find a car and came across one online located at Kim Hansens. They replied back quickly and were very helpful. We didnt want to drive all the way to burley unless we felt confident that everything was in order. I was blown away that Dane was willing to walk outside and walk around the car for us telling us everything that he was seeing. He even pointed out the flaws and minor scratches. When we arrived to pickup the vehicle, the car was parked up front and was clean and full of gas. I was half prepared to get hammered with all those hidden dealer fees that somehow gutted added onto the contract without your knowledge, but was totally impressed that the bottom dollar on the final paperwork was exactly what they told e it would be. Jerry, the finance man, was very low key explained everything well. Best of all, when we were done, Dane spent about an hour helping my daughter get her phone synced up with the vehicle. Very cool. When I shop for another car, I will definately check out these guys again. Thank you everybody at Kim Hansens who went out of their way to make our experience a good one. It was really appreciated.

We were in desperate need of a new vehicle after ours broke down. Our credit is very poor, and after calling around to our bank and applying for an auto loan, we were incredibly discouraged. We were not able to get approved for anything, and the amount they had quoted was paltry-not even enough to buy a vehicle that would last more than a year or 2. We were trying to figure out how to get by without a car, but we had heard such great things about Kim Hansen Chevrolet that we decided to give it a try. And we are so glad we did! We got the car we wanted and drove it home the same day we stopped by. Not only that, the price was great! Our monthly payments are easily affordable, and even with poor credit, our interest is very competitive. We had no idea it was possible for us to get a car, or that it could be that easy. The only thing better than the price was the service! The team worked together quickly and efficiently to take care of us. They were all very friendly and had great advice. They made sure we were getting the best deal available and we left happy. If you are looking to buy a vehicle or trade-in one you own, Kim Hansen Chevrolet is the way to go!

I recently had the best car buying experience Ive ever had. It was all thanks to the folks at Kim Hansen Chevrolet. When we went to look at a truck we had seen online, we were pleasantly surprised when we showed up to the lot and the doors were unlocked giving us some time to look the truck over without needing to talk to a salesman first. We then were able to negotiate a deal that was fantastic. Dane, the salesman we interfaced with, was awesome. He made sure the truck was ready to go (including fixes as part of the deal). Larry in the finance department was also great. This was the first time I wasnt hassled for 30min about gap insurance. No pressure at all. The icing on the cake was showing up to pick up the truck with a full tank of gas. This has been something Ive asked for in the past when buying cars but never had success. They did it without asking. All in all a great buying experience. They are a little bit off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Will definitely be buying here again and will recommend to others! Thanks!

"Treating the customer wrong". I.Would strongly advise against going to Kim Hansen. I had the absolute worst experience dealing with the service department than any other place in my life. After a $750 bill the pickup I had worked on broke down within miles from leaving the dealership. We managed to get it back to Kim Hansen and I was told they never test drove it after the repair, and they would have to do more work to it. The conversation escalated with I and the clueless service manager so I asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with the "manager" I cant recall his first name but his middle and last name are Kim Hansen. I was told he "owned the store" and was berated by him, I literally asked him to stop yelling at me. His face was red and his hands were shaking, because I "insulted his mechanic". I was thankful I had another man with me because the staff here left me completely uneasy. If you go to Kim Hansen you might end up in the same position, fair warning. P.s. if I could leave this review without a star I would.

I just got my car serviced at Kim Hansen Chevrolet and I would recommend them highly. I called them to set up a appointment to get my oil changed , they got me in in less than 1/2 an hour. After the car was serviced they washed and vacuumed it , a service you dont get anymore at most dealerships. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on .
