We just purchased a Ford F150 from Russ and have never been happier. The truck is just what we were looking for and the price was very reasonable. Russ met us out on the lot when we were browsing and wasnt pushy and just wanted to find out what our needs were and how he could help us out. We test drove the truck and within 3 hours, we were financed and out the door. Thank you so much for the non-pressure service and the great new used vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a great new used vehicle.

I have bought 2 cars now through this dealership and the sales manager Robert has been more than accommodating! The staff is very nice and they arent the typical salesman that push sales or cars on you that you are not interested in. I would come back here in a heart beat for future deals and recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is even remotely interested in buying a car. Thank you Robert and Tom for everything. Appointment was on time, start to finish. Service writer was courteous. Waiting room was well stocked and comfortable. All employees I had contact with were friendly. I wasnt encouraged to buy or pay for un-needed service. I utilized a coupon I received when I recently purchased a used Honda Accord. Altogether it was a pleasant trip instead of a stressful service call. kingman auto plaza in Kingmam will get all my future auto care business.

Bough a pickup and had it diagnosed the next say with 2 pages full of issues, they fixed a few and said the rest of the parts would be sent asap. 3 months later NOTHING and the owner is doing his best to avoid my calls. Thanks for the huge screw over! See you in court
