An experience like no other I know that the normal car-buying experience is a stress inducing, frustrating, headache. I had my last car for 14 years and one of the reasons that I waited so long was because I didnt want to have to go through the hassle at a dealership. Then last week I saw an advert for a car that I was interested in getting at a great price. I called and inquired and they said it was available to look at any time I wanted to come down- no asking for my phone number, no trying to start the sale over the phone- just "come down when you get a chance". Very refreshing. I went to the dealership later that day and met with Riley. Not only did we take a look at the car I was originally interested in, he also suggested a few others that I might like (some, even less expensive) and I was able to test drive quite a few of them without any fuss or pressure; even though he knew that I wouldnt be buying that day. I came back 2 days later and bought the car. The entire experience was not only tolerable, it was actually a pleasure. The staff there are all very nice, very upfront, and at no time do you feel like you are being "handled" or fed a line of bull. They put the price of their cars on the windshield and that is pretty much the price that youll get it at- no negotiating or writing down an offer on a piece of paper for them to "go show their manager". The great part is- their prices are so low that you dont need to worry about trying to bargain them down; you will already be getting a much lower price than you will find anywhere else. In addition, I came back to the dealership a couple of days later with some questions about the car. This was already after the sale was made, so there wasnt any reason to expect gaining more revenue from me. Unfortunately Riley was out that day, but Steven took the time to help me with the question and also assist me in procuring some accessories for the car. I would without a doubt recommend LeSueur to any and all of my friends (I already have) and Id tell anybody that if they are in the market for a car- you owe it to yourself to go take a look at their dealership. It will be a no pressure experience and one you will be glad you did. I certainly am.

I arrived at LeSueur prepared for battle. I had put off buying a car because my past experience had been dreadful. However, when my 16 year old needed something to drive I decided it had to be done. I would get something new (to me) and he could drive my old car. I narrowed it down to about 5 cars that I wanted to test drive, went to a big dealership and never even drove a car! I was asked repeatedly to come into the office and discuss finance or lease options. I didn't even know which car I wanted and they wanted to know how I would pay for it! Feeling frustrated and defensive I left, thinking that my son could wait. A close friend suggested LeSueur. I was skeptical but after reviewing their website I was hopeful. Each car had lots of photographs and a carfax report. I looked up the Kelley Blue Book value of the cars I was interested in and they were a few hundred dollars below. They also offered a $300.00 printable coupon. I felt like they might be on the "up and up". Especially after Camelback Volkswagen had told me to come back and throw a football through some hoop that would win me a discount up to $1,000 or something. What? I just wanted to pay a fair price and be treated decently. So, I get to LeSueur. Ryan comes out and asks if i want to drive the Tiguan Im looking at. I do, the car is great but I want to look at a few more. He answered all my questions and showed me a few more cars. I said I wanted to have my husband come back with me later and he said "ok, were open til six". I asked him why he hadnt tried to get me to sit down in his office and he made a little joke about already running my credit and the paperwork was ready to sign. What? Honest and funny? Unbelievable. My husband and I couldnt get back until about 5:30. Kyle helped us until Ryan was available. I felt like I was supposed to haggle a little, so I asked if they were firm on the price Kyle just said, "we ask a fair price". Yes they did. They stayed late to take care of us and in the end I drove away with a lovely 2011 Jetta Sportwagon. Ive had it 5 days and have been singing the praises of LeSueur every day. I love my car and I dont feel violated. How refreshing.

I was in the market for a new car, as my previous car was more than 15 years old, and had transmission and suspension wear-and-tear starting to add up over 204,000 miles. I was driving a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, and I was looking to stick with Nissan, as my family has since the late 80s. I didnt like the new-look Pathfinder crossovers, so my heart was pretty much set on an Xterra, because it looked to me like an updated version of my beloved Pathfinder. I was a first-time buyer, and I was dreading the process, thinking it was going to be a high-pressure situation. At the first two dealerships I had gone to, it was. I had told them from the onset of my visits that I was just looking to crunch some numbers and see what I could work with. Still, they were determined to push a sale right then and there. Then I went to LeSueur. Christian was the first person I talked to. I told him I had seen the slightly-used 2015 Xterra S listed online and asked to check it out. We went and checked out the car and took it for a test drive. He asked if I wanted to take it on the freeway. I was surprised, because the first two dealerships I visited just had me stay on the streets, so this was a breath of fresh air for me. When we returned, I spoke with Steven and ran some numbers and he gave me all the information I needed so I could return when I was ready. Two days later, I returned to LeSueur. Riley helped get me a fantastic financing rate through a local credit union, and Steven went through all the final paperwork with me. The entire experience was laid-back—no pressure at all—and the team is honest, soft-spoken, and genuinely wants to help the customer without making them feel like just a walking commission. I love my Xterra, and I have the team at LeSueur to thank for putting me behind the wheel of it. I would most certainly recommend anyone in the metro Phoenix area looking for a used car to go to LeSueur before they go anywhere else.

I found a truck online that I had been searching a long time for. Steven answered the phone and took all the steps to answer all my detailed questions, even the ones he didnt know the answers to. I called late in the afternoon and instantly knew I had to see it. Steven knew I had a half hour worth of travel and waited up for me. After a test drive I knew I had to have it. Steven stayed late, and crunch the numbers on both sides to make a seemingly impossible deal work out. I was upside down on my previous vehicle, so with the combination of a great deal, and some cash down it all worked out. The only downside was the truck was in as traded in condition. David took the time to schedule all the maintenance , and minor repairs at a time that worked with my crazy work schedule. These guys even took me to work. At the end of the day a few more unexpected repairs needed to be completed so rather than leaving me stranded David took me home in his personal car. You cant get better service than that! And that is a service a big dealerships would never offer! I would know I have bought 5 cars from other dealerships in the last few years and never been treated so well. When I picked up my truck, I was greeted by Steven, David, and Levi who went over everything completed one by one to ensure my satisfaction. When I expressed a few minor things they offered to go above and beyond to make sure it was all perfect! Never have I had such confidence in the vehicle I was buying. I truly felt like I was getting the better deal, and never felt pushed or rushed into anything! I suppose a level above the rest is what you get when you deal with great people, at a family owned dealership! This will be my first stop the next time I buy a vehicle!
