THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I have recently moved to Las Vegas from the UK to be with my partner who is american. Yesterday (5th March 2016) while he was at work, a friend and I went to look at cars that myself and partner could lease within the next week before I started work. As soon as we got there we were greeted immediately by a gentleman and taken inside, where he took my details. Once he found out I was from the UK and was not allowed to test drive the cars or even sign a lease, he completely changed his manner towards us and was very rude. We asked if my friend could test drive the car for me as she is American and his response was "sorry she cant, as she isnt the one looking to buy it, we just dont work like that here." Once we told him she is looking to buy he then said stay here and he will go get the car. 10 minutes go by and we are still sat there before a different gentleman under the name of Tony came in to collect us and took us on the test drive. He was very polite and welcoming at first. Once we came inside I gave him all of my partners details to do a credit check, he came back saying it was great and the prices to buy the car, in which he told me "oh sorry I thought you were here to buy the car not lease it" he then further mentioned that the gentleman who originally greeted us didnt pass on any information about us, he just said we were here to test drive this car and we were not worth any time as we were not going to purchase any car that day. So after going back up to all of his management who were overlooking the floor to see and push their employees to sell more cars, to tell them we were leasing, he then came back and said that they want proof of credit or debit cards to show i am serious about purchasing a car as they think I am wasting their time!!!!!!!!! I wish at that time I had just stood up and walked out as i felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that they were even treating me (A CUSTOMER) like this. Once handing over my cards he then came back with crazy numbers to lease this car and it wasnt even the car I had asked for with the upgraded features. He says that the car i wanted with alloy wheels and leather seats is "very hard to find and I wont be able to find that anywhere around here" which is bullish**!! Finally after being there for nearly 2 hours, feeling uncomfortable and not able to leave as they had my cards and Tony was saying that I dont want to show my bosses that you are a waste of time and not going to buy anything, I finally stood my ground and said "you knew as soon as I walked in I am not leaving with a car as its my partner who is signing the lease, so I am going to leave and tell him everything and get back to you" with his response is " If you buy today we will go pick your partner up and he can sign now?" They were so pushy it was so bad and uncomfortable. So when i replied no to his offer to go pick my partner up, I followed him over to the front where all 6 "managers" were over looking the floor and staring at me, and in front of my face one guy said "So is she going to take a car" when he replied "not right now, she wants her cards back" he then laughed, said "I told you she wouldnt" and then threw my cards at Tony to give back to me. NEVER EVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW POOR AND THEIR WAY OF SALES IS SHOCKINGLY BAD!! BE WARNED, NEVER GO THERE!!!

WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH A DEALERSHIP!!!! I came in around 7 pm last night ( 07/12/2016) to see and test drive a specific car/truck I had seen on the internet. I was greeted by a young man ( dont remember his first name, but he was from Argentina) very polite, calm and professional. We went for a test drive and love the car/truck. Then we parked back at the dealership and an old man name Bill get into the conversation/deal. He had told me ( that old man Bill) that the young man didnt know anything ( when he wasnt around of course) and I had already found it so unprofessional fro him to criticize his co-worker . I have to specify, I was with my mother, 77 years old and working full time in the same company for 18 years. She was buying the car/truck. I am with her as she doesnt have the English language perfected. So we go inside, to fill out an application, and at this time that old man Bill took over the deal. He goes to his manager, or finance guy I imagine, comes back with the numbers.....well... I should say SOME numbers. The papers presented to me doesnt include the total price "out the door", doesnt include the interest rate !!!! Which to itself should be a "warning sign". WHY would you not communicate " up front" the interest rate and full price to your customers? Beats me!!! Anyway I move along, and start asking legitimate questions; my interest rate, full price , etc Then decide first thing in the morning to go see my Credit Union, where I could get a better rate, then need to call my AAA insurance to know the premium. OOOOH shame on me asking question and making a decision to wait the next day......... At that time, Mr Bill decide to get into the "nasty car salesman mode"...with some typical salesman pitch: Why do you need to know this and that, do you want the car/truck or not?? "" Does it matters what your insurance going to be? "" "" Youre trying to get out of the deal!!! Thats all !!! "" .....and at that time, he gets up and goes "" OKay were done, you can go buy somewhere else! """ WHHHAT !!!! are you serious. My mom was sitting there, doubt-founded, the young man from Argentina totally in disbelieves.....I could not believed what just happened. I dont let anybody, NO ONE , insult my mother and I in any circumstances. He was the most disrespectful behavior as a customer, I and my mom ever experienced. You come to a dealership with your hard worked money, and your perfect credit score ( my moms is in the 780 or more.......(we dont know its another thing they didnt want to tell us after running her credit ) and you get disrespected and insulted because youre asking questions...... ARE YOU FOR REAL ! Im not done, Im writing a letter to the general manager, as well as the owners, to explain the experience. They need to know!

Just curious, did anyone else get the flyer in the mail over Labor Day Weekend promising them that they had won 1 of 5 prizes if the numbers on their flyer matched front and back? Did any of you actually claim a prize from that promotion? I went down to the dealership, handed over my flyer and key (there were literally HUNDREDS of flyers and keys that had been handed in before mine) and was told to fill out a piece of paper with my name, phone number and email address on it because they were out of prizes and would call me when the new shipment came in. I was told I would receive the call later that week. I deftly dodged their overbearing sales people who continued to push my buttons even after I told them that Id just purchased a Hyundai not 30 days earlier and was NOT interested in buying a Nissan and eventually managed to squeak my way out the door. Saturday after Labor Day comes around, no call. Im in the area so I drop by and they tell me that theyre still waiting for the shipment to come in, it should be about two weeks, theyll call me when the prizes arrive. That was 9/11/10 So I wait two weeks and I call in on 9/20/10 because it had been more than two weeks from Labor Day and I hadnt heard from them. I was told they were told the shipment would take 7 to 10 business days from LABOR DAY, which would be 9/20/10 so the woman on the phone tells me that she is expecting the prizes to arrive any day and theyll call me when they come in. Now today is 9/29/10 and I call in because its been well over 7-10 business days and am told that they are STILL waiting for the prizes to come in. I flat out told them that I believe that the entire thing was a scam, that there never were any prizes, and that theyre just hoping Ill wait for their call and forget about it. They assure me that thats not the case, that they gave away lots of prizes over Labor Day weekend and that I just happened to come in after they had run out of prizes but its legit and theyll call me. Every time the attitude from them, no matter whom I talk to, is dont call us well call you. So Im curious, did ANYONE actually get a prize from them? If so what did you get? Did you get it when you walked in the door or did you have to wait, like me? If you had to wait, how long did it take? Arent there laws against promising to give out prizes without any intention of actually delivering?
