Very Unhappy!!! We went here because they had a vehicle that we were interested in. We thought we had a great deal. We already had a pre approval before going in with a decent interest rate however the finance guy was certain he could get a better rate so we let him and the lowest he could get was ridiculous!!! it was over 8% higher than we already had. Then we were guaranteed that they were sending the vehicle off to be detailed. He gave us a price of how much they have to pay for the detail and the company name. When we came to get the car there was no way it had been detailed. We voiced our opinion of the horrible job done and they "sent" it off again. Same thing still dirty, definitely not a job I would expect from any detail company, I am assuming someone took it in the back and tried to clean the car. The next day I called the detail place to let them know how unhappy I was about the job I was told they did and the manager there said spend less had not brought this vehicle to them. Which means they lied to me twice and put another companys reputation on the line. There were several things we wanted fixed and they were so sure they could fix everything and then those things dwindled away and we had to compromise on other things. The tires on the car were awful!!! We are still finding things that should have been taken care of that were not. There was no oil change done on this car, we found that out when we went to check and the the oil gauge was rusted in place! We decided we had enough and called and they said they would find us a more suitable vehicle and take care of us. It has now been about a month and not even a phone call from these people. I have bought a lot of vehicles and this was the worst experience I have had!! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!

When my family drove home with our new van, we thought we had scored a great deal. Overheating problems started the next day.then on the way back to the lot, the driver window motor broke! They topped off the fluids and sent us on our way . Two weeks later on our first time taking this van out of town, the radiator cracked down the entire side. We hadnt made the first payment yet. Zeff instructed us to make this payment on time and he would have his shop fix the van for free. We paid it and i still cant drive my van and the mechanics aggressively ran my family off the lot. Over 4mo later and now Im liable for the full amount and still no ride!

This is the worst dealership ever. We purchased a 2007 Honda, it broke down within 10 days in Victorville and they refuse to help us. They state if we tow it to them they will fix it. Who can afford that kind of a tow. This car was purchase for my daughter who lost everything after spending 4 months by her very sick babies side in the hospital. The baby is now two and my daughter was able to get back to work but couldnt afford a car. We thought we were helping and now she might lose her brand new job because these people think they dont have to abide by any type of integrity at all.

This car dealer ship is great. Been in Kingman for about 3yrs, and I have only bought my vehicles from them. My sister has even bought a truck from them. Theyre a great bunch of guys over there(Cody,Sean and the other guys). They truly try theyre best to make sure your satisfied. They have one mechanic, so they will take a little bit of time when it comes to mechanical stuff, but they try their best. The owner Zef is a great guy and now a long time friend. Oh, one more thing theyre customer service is great. Love and God Bless, all them guys.
