Dont waste your time like I did. Ive been to this place twice in the past 3 years and both times I was treated exactly the same: terrible. 2015: I was in the market for an older luxury vehicle. Went to look at an infiniti i30t. Saw it online and decided to call. I called, they said they had the car. I gave them the color (black) and stock number. The lady said its here. I drive across town to check it out. It was a silver i30t, NOT the black one....I figured oh well no biggie. Honest mistake. They charged the battery for me, started it up, and pop the hood. There was coolant all over the engine bay which was a huge red flag. I still have them the benefit of the doubt "maybe they filled it up and spilled some". I asked if they could let it idle for a while to make sure it has no overheating issues. I was told no and that its bad for the car. I said fair enough and asked to test drive it. They said no, but then had the audacity to ask to check my credit. Im not letting you run my credit for a car that Ive never even driven and that MAY have mechanical issues. I drove home feeling like an idiot for wasting so much time and getting my hopes up. I ended up buying a BMW 3 series instead, which I recently sold. 2017: Fast forward to today. I found an infiniti G37 online. Called to see if they still had it. I told the nice lady (Maria) over the phone that I want to see the car and test drive it. She said no problem and made an appointment to see me. I get there and shes "gone for the day". The gentleman that helped me was nice enough. He started up the car, and answered all my questions about the car, however before we even sat inside the car he was already asking me about running my credit and asked how much I want to put down. I told him that I dont even know how much the car IS since you dont have a sticker price on it. (I typically put 1/3 of the price as the down payment) he turned off the car, took the key. Locked the doors and said hed get me the price. He came back, told me the price and asked how much I could put down today. I told him that I would like to check the car out and drive it. He directed me to the office so he could give me his card. I literally drove off burning rubber while he was in the office. Now I have to start my search all over again. Thanks for wasting my time. Im sorry, Baja but you need to do better. Any dealership in the valley will let you test drive cars before running your credit. Im not taking a hit on my credit report if the car doesnt run right or if I dont like the way it drives. Thank God theres other dealerships in town that are normal and more friendly. Do better. Zero stars.

Myra was very nice but the "GM" Carlos and sales rep Marco did not want to help me at all.. I was there 20 minutes before I had to reach out to someone regarding help on a car.. Then the ran my credit report and lied to me in my face saying I had not one but two repos on my credit.. They read credit reports all day so why when It comes to mines they want to lie and say I got two repos.. Please.. They wasnt trying to even help me from the beginning. Smh poor service will not recommend to no one! They suck. Marco tried to work me on a 2007 avalanche smh he said it was $26,000 lol I guess I just look stoopid.. At first he didnt even know that there was a avalanche on the lot.. We get to the avalanche with no signs or nothing on it and the first think he said was $26,000 like its a brand new car please that truck is 8 years old no one will buy that for $26,000 so be careful they try to work people there and make sure u ask for a car fax lol

we went to the baja on fremont st looking for a chevy trailblazer ! We found another car we were interested in and decided to purchase. We were happy untill we got the car home and the beaks were squeaky alignment was not done ( salesman stated it would be ) and it was leaking oil. So since we had the warranty on the vehicle we decide to make a service appt. Called and was hung up on then the lady i booked my appt with was snotty ! When we took the car come to find out the warranty does not cover parts and labor only engine and transmission !!! No one told us that. So all the repairs will be on us to take care of. Dont get me wrong i love my new car but i will never do business there again. We never even heard from our salesman after our purchase which he said he would contact us in about 10 days from purchase and when my husband went there for our service appt the salesman didnt even recognize him !!!

If I could give less stars I would! Do NOT do business with this place! Unprofessional scam artists! Purchased a vehicle and they failed to submit my loan paperwork in a timely manner so my loan expired with the bank. They LIED and told me the bank denied my loan which I confirmed with the bank to be a lie! The lazy sales team never sent my paperwork. They then lied to me asking me to come in to sign papers when in actuality they planned on repoing the car when I got there. Its been over a month of returning the car and they have yet to refund my full down payment. I had to threaten small claims court to even get a half way response. Matt is a complete ass and scam artist. The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. I went to Volvo and got a new car with an amazing salesman. Never. Never. Never shop here!

Just want to let others know about my experience here at Baja Auto Sales. The deal they were able to give me far exceeds my expectations. One year newer than I thought I could get AND a super low interest rate. The first APR that was approved was great, but then when I returned with some of the remaining papers that they needed Wes (General Manag) surprised me with an even lower APR. Buying a used car I thought this rate was unavailable. Gonzo was my salesman and he was knowledgeable about the whole process and the car that I was purchasing. And- yes theres more- a good deal on my old car for trade in. They also gave me two free oil changes. It is still surreal. I recommend Baja Auto Sales on S Decatur for those of you searching for an unpressured sales experience.

I purchased my toyota camery 2005 from Baja Auto sales Decatur location and I must say the experience was SEEMLESS and very easy. My sales guys name was Sonny and such a joy and helpful. I had a really bad experience at DW toyota and Baja really restored my faith. they got me approved quickly and by the time i got off from work I was able to go pick up my car sign the paper work and drive off. The down payment was low and they were really flexable. I know buying a car is a big purchase and sometime worry some but this was the exact oppiste. As a female walking in I didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage and I LOVE MY CAR. THANK YOU BAJA!!!
