The worst dealership in the city. They do not smog their cars before sale, they false advertise sales price. For example if the sales price is 12998.00 and you have bad credit they will add the finance fees to the vehicle price forcing you to pay the finance fees when that is the responsibility of the dealership to pay. Last but not least they hold your eDRS aka Green Slip past 21 days if you have not paid them their full deferred down payment which is 100 percent illegal and should be investigated by the DMV. There is at least 60 different customer this has happened to. For example a customer purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu from them and had his vehicle repossessed because Las Vegas Car and Truck signed the customer with 1800 down, then called the customer back to advise him the down was now 3500. They did no provide the green slip even though it was well past 21 days as well as did not provide him his down payment back and they repossessed his car even though it was their fault because of their finance manager. This company completely lacks integrity and guaranteed if the DMV were to receive this information along with the numerous names of these customers LVCT may not be operating. I highly suggest choosing a much better dealership in the valley. For example; LVCT has a 2013 Chrysler 300 limited priced at 18998.00, at Towbin Dodge you can get a 2016 Chrysler 300 C for 9998.00!!! Dont fall for their lifetime engine warranty gimicks or integrity claims, this is by far the worst dealership in the valley.

I am a first time buyer with not so good credit so when looking for a car I was stressed out and completely nervous. I heard about so many scams and stories of people buying lemons and making payments and not building their credit. I just wanted an honest, helpful, reliable dealership to guide me as a first time buyer. Thats exactly what I found with LVCT! I got exactly what I wanted! I did not have to settle for something I wouldnt be happy with like most places told me I would have to. The sales team worked with me to finalize the deal with an agreement and payment that was beneficial for me. The finance team even gave me advice On how to build my credit along with my car payment. And the service team! After a few weeks of having my car I got a flat due to a nail in my tire. They completely helped me out no out of pocket cost! While I waited for the tire to be change the staff was so polite and welcoming to my children and I. I would completely with no hesitation recommended LVCT to anyone but especially to that first time buyer who is nervous like I was. LVCT really do care about what is beneficial to you and your needs! I am so happy with my decision and look forward to working with them in the future! Go to LVCT!

The most unprofessional and misleading sales organization Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called and put a $500 deposit on a vehicle to hold it as I was out of town. This was on a Thursday. After confirmation of my deposit I received an email of the inspection report and the car fax. The next day at 2:48 I sent an employee over to view the vehicle. Much to his suprise the vehicle was sold!! I immediately called and was informed that someone walked in that Friday afternoon, 24 hours after my confirmed deposit and purchased it. I asked how was that possible. I was told the manager today was a different manager than Thursday and he did not know it was being held by a deposit. Seems to me because I refused to do a credit app over the phone they decided it was best to go ahead and sell it. And not honor the deposit. Although I dealt mostly with Leigh she coworks with Jim, and both were keenly aware of the deposit. And I had to go through the finance management department to make the deposit. Simply unprofessional and very underhanded

Great place, great team, excellent service and a sincere thank you to Matthew! The moment I step in to the service center of Las Vegas Car and Truck to the end Matthew was their to help me and made me calm that everything will be ok and car will be fix in time! Been in 3 shops before I learned about LVCT , all mechanics on 3 previous Auto center couldnt answer whats going on with my engine and want me to leave the car! Matthew and their mechanics found right away whats the problem! It was a relieve to me to hear that finally someone have an answer and finally I can go forward and know that the problem is easy to fix! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Chose this place bc of good reviews and Im a TRUE God fearing person. Obviously, their "JOHN 3:16" on billboards, is just for show/ to draw people in...Of course everyone was all smiles b4 the purchase of my 2011 Mercedes. Come to find out, I had to get 3 things fixed on it! And I only had it for 3 weeks!!! Cost me $900+! Plus, a employee told me these things were not covered on my warranty; when in fact they are!!! (after I already spent my $) I was profiled and treated like crap, bc Im not Caucasian or Mexican. These people are like everyone else in this going to Hell, money-hungry city. I told them I will pray for them and I still am.

Great service! Robert went out of his way to accommodate me. He did what he said, when he he said he was going to do it. By far the best sales guy I ve ever met. We went to a few other places and they either were to pushy or the would not call you back. Robert answer all my questions call back when he said he would and let me make my own mind. I appreciate that. Got a great deal and a very pleasant experience. I would rate Robert 20 stars if I could. The place is clean, smells good and very inviting. I am not an easy customer and I am the first to admit it!! I have high expectations and generally make any sale a tough one!! However with that said there was something about the staff that made me feel at ease and I felt for the first time in my car purchasing experience that they really wanted MY BUSINESS!! And that is exactly what they got!! I couldnt be happier and I now refer everyone I know to LVCT!! If you are looking for a dealership that Over Delivers this is where you need to go they definitely delivered and they have a customer for life!! Thank you LVCT!!

I had a Wonderful-Awesome-Blessed car buying experience at Las Vegas Car and Truck dealership! Everyone was so nice and kind, starting with my sales rep, Angie! She was so helpful and caring! Angie guided me step by step through the whole process, introducing me not only to the proper chain of command for buying a car but also to her co-workers who are like family to her.
