Appalling service after purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord in Dec. 2015. 2 weeks ago I had hit a pot-hole and had a flat tire, I called and they "special ordered" a NEW tire for me, at 339.00 plus 20.00 to have it changed out. The problem is that #1 they never called to let me know the tire had come in, after a week I called them, and they said "we have it here". I took my car in and they changed it, while I waited. But the after a week, my Grandmother took one look at my "new $339.00 SPECIAL ORDER TIRE" not only was is NOT the correct tire, but it was a USED tire. There was a good tread on it, but there was NOTHING new about it. It was dirty, obviously USED, and to top it all off the inside spoke part of the rim was gouged and damaged....the tire also has a slow leak. I showed this to a Master Mechanic, who confirmed that it was a used tire as well. In addition a chip off the paint on the side of the car appeared after this "Service. It took 5 IRATE phone calls by my Grandmother to even get a "PROMISE" that they will reorder the correct tire, and fix all of the problems with the car, the rim, and the USED tire. This remains to be seen...I am 19 yrs. old and this is my first car, I admit I should have taken a better look at the work before I left this dealership, and I have learned a $360.00 lesson at the end of the day. It Is Illegal for them to sell used tires I was told, so then why did they do this? My guess is that they just dont Care and they dont know My Grandmother, she not only knows tires, does her own brakes, tune-ups, and restorations of Corvets, she will fight for whats right! Go Granny Go! I am glad she is in my corner, or they would have gotten away with it...".Shame on them, and Buyer Beware" she says.

If youre after a no haggle, no pressure, very relaxed buying experience.. Chris Hinklin (internet sales) is the guy to work with. He took business calls on his day off and again while he was out of the office at home to answer all the questions we had and work with us. What i certainly didnt like was some of the other employees trying to get in on the action and making things more difficult, ignoring my request to have my co-signer on my loan (as this would make my interest rate WAY lower than what the dealership could offer me) and insisting that I be the only one on the loan. I put my foot down, explaining that Its MY loan and financing and I had to tell them exactly how things were going to be. I dont like being pushed around. On the up side, Chris was more than helpful. We flew all the way to Vegas (from another state) to buy a specific car that was on the lot. We took it out for a test drive and he did his best to answer all the many questions we had. (It was a Ford vehicle at a Honda dealership so he didnt know everything about it but found out what he didnt know for us). He then left us alone to talk and think it over and took all the time we needed to look the car over very thoroughly. Pros: Great salesman and general good attitude among employees. Clean, quiet environment No pressure sales approach Cons: Dont finance through them. You can get much better rates elsewhere and dont let them dictate what they think is in your best interest. Doc Fees are a killer at $400 But, Yes, Id still recommend this place to others. Give Chris Hinklin a call.

Everything WAS perfect, up until it came to the time where I was to get my pink slip/plates from this dealership. Myself and my mother ended up purchasing a 2014 Honda Civic Si, at price that we were both very pleased with. Come to find out that they gave us the "discount" by not including the registration fees. How did I come to find this out? Their refusal at the DMV to issue me plates because the cars registration wasnt paid. When did I find this out? Not 5-7 business days as was I was told I would receive it, the day that my temporary plates expire. These people, Jeremy Sandara, Aaron Weisel, and some pink-faced sales guy(hated him) were nice pre-sale, but didnt give two shits about what happened when we came back with an issue. BTW, we were told that the price we ended up paying included everything, but it wasnt put in writing, so tough nuggets. Make sure you check your paperwork slowly here. Dont let them rush you through signing your paperwork. Congrats, you sold me a new car, but no one is going to make me use their services ever again. I was going to give them a 4 rating because they WERE cool, but all they cared about was getting their sale finalized. Try a different Honda dealership if youre looking to buy a Honda in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. Dont make the same mistake I made. Bye Findlay Honda, Im removing your rear license plate cover ASAP.

I had to visit Honda because my engine light went on the night before. When I brought it in, without an appointment, they took my vehicle anyway and didnt give me a hard time about it. It was busy so it took about an hour and a half to get my problem figured out, but Nancy Harter offered me a ride right away if I needed one. When the problem was revealed to me, I was devastated. Nancy told me that my IMA battery needed to be replaced, which is the main battery that runs the hybrid engine. She then told me that my warranty was 8,000 miles over the limit. I was heart sick because I knew that a new battery costs $5,000 and that amount of money would put a serious dent in my savings. Then Nancy smiled and said, "But since you are such a loyal customer of Honda, Honda is going to pay 100% of the cost AND we are going to pay for a rental car while we change out your battery." My mouth dropped open. I then thanked Nancy over and over and gave her a big hug. Nancy went far above and beyond her job because she didnt have to do what she did, but she did it anyway...without me even asking her. I will never forget her kindness and generosity in what could have been a horrible experience. Thanks Honda for treating your customers with not only expertise but with a big heart. You have a loyal customer for life.

My wife went to her bank to get funding for a new Honda from Findlay Honda in Henderson. Her bank (Navy Federal Credit Union) an awesome bank btw gave her a check for over the amount of the vehicle. We took the check to the dealer and they brought a form asking to run her credit again. Obviously we were already qualified and didnt need to run the credit, which we did not do as we explained to the dealer. Then someone came out from finance and said "Its Findlay policy to hold the check to verify funds" I said "Findlay policy? I just purchased a Toyota from Findlay Toyota in the same type of situation with no questions asked" I also left that day with my vehicle. I was told, it was Findlay Honda policy. Moreover, During the paperwork portion between my wife and the dealer, I called and spoke with the finance department at our bank they wanted to talk to Findlay finance personnel to verify the funds. Not one person was willing to speak with our bank to verify funds. They actually ignored the phone call and continued the paperwork with my wife. My wife said it was the worst car purchase experience shes ever had. Her words were "I thought buying a new car was a supposed to be a happy time"
