Purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 on Oct 23 2015. Our salesman Tom was very helpful and the rest of the staff was courteous. I noted that all the tires were bad. I was told they were not replacing the tires. On the way home the sunvisor on the drivers side kept falling, when I called , no warranty. The next morning, 1 tire was flat. took a drive on the second day and the truck broke down 60 miles from home. the wrong battery was installed and without a hold down. the bouncing around broke a cable. rigged it to get home. Discovered that the heater did not function or any air from the fan coming except from the dash vents. Brought the truck in Monday, 3 days after purchased. They put the correct battery in, forgot to fix my cable and could not address the heat problem. I live in the Prescott area and it snows. I made another appt. to have the heater fixed. I had a local shop give me an estimate of $1000 to repair. They had my truck for 2 days, did not communicate as to progress and when I picked up the truck it still did not function but I had heat. They charged me $847, split the cost to $447 of which I paid half. Went home and on the way, speedo no longer works, half the dash lights are out. Brought the truck down again and after all day, speedo works, dash lights still out service manager said the mechanic did not repair the original problem from the first time. I have now spent $1800 with $200 more due. I have traveled 480 miles to get this taken care of. The last arrangements were to have the mechanic come to my house to complete repairs on a Saturday. He was to arrive in the early am. It is now 1:00 pm and no mechanic. The disconnect between the service dept and sales is a major problem for this company. I am sorry I bought from them will not recommend anybody to buy here. I will attempt to get satisfaction from management.

This place has gotta be the shadiest place in Phoenix. Trade for an F150, within 500 miles tranny ended up needing a complete rebuild. Priced right after many conversations finally owned up for their poor mechanics mistake and dodging the orginal repair. We split cost of repair was refunded the money wasted first time the truck was brought there and not only did they not solve the problem but made it worse! After I recieved the truck back noticed poor performance and squeaking. After replacing the belt that was the wrong size therefore shredding and taking out the 35A 500 cold amp cranking sedan battery and putting in the proper battery, it ran a tad better but a/c stopped blowing for vents. 2 weeks later reverse went out and it was back to tranny shop. Was rebuilt again under the warranty of 90 days on tranny. When I picked up the truck the mechanic explained a valve got stuck burned up some clutch packs, they rebuilt and fixed it but believe there was a misfire due to spark plugs being wrong. No engine light on was skeptical but felt what they were talking about. After running full scan on a computer. Cyclinder 5 had died, coil pack burned up and the spark plugs inside were for a different vechile (most likely where the battery came from) oh and check engine light was disabled. Priced right claims a inspection on every vechile. How can the wrong battery, leaking transfer case, belt, and sparrk plugs pass inspections? I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place. Dishonest and shady people top to bottom. The title took two tries because they proceeded to keep a lean on a vechile with no money owed on it. Pictures of the engine light tampering, spark plugs, etc. Were all documented. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

I highly recommend Priced Right. They have a very nice variety of cars, SUVs and trucks on the lot to choose from. I went there anticipating to only look into seeing if I can find a decent down payment and with my not so good credit, it didnt look good for me. Not until I walked onto their lot and discovered that they will work very hard to get you into a nice vehicle. Not only I figured I would have to save up more money for the down payment. I figured I was going to have to settle for a 10 yr + vehicle. Before I even left the lot Dave Ross shown me how they can work with you to work out a very fair down payment. but monthly payments that were within my monthly budget. What blew me away even more is that these guys truly have a heart on getting you into a vehicle you will love. I turned out driving off the lot in a 2010 Honda Civic. God must be handing out blessing at that lot. I feel very blessed to have Dave find ways to not only get me into a very nice clean car, but he was able to do it within my budget. To me these guys are trying to help get people into a vehicle they can afford to keep, but also get you into the car of your dreams. Trust me. I am prove. Thanks Dave. You are awesome and you all have a wonderful attitude and know how to satisfy your customers. In fact I told a co-worker about it and when he saw what I got for the download payment and the monthly payments. He will be there this Saturday to do the same and he is very excited. I highly recommend to anyone that if you are looking for a great deal with a great attitude. go see Dave! I promise you wont regret it :) HONESTLY!

I initially found an ad for a truck I liked on Craigs List. When I called I got good information and an honest appraisal of the truck I was looking at. After I finally made the trip up there, I was pleasantly surprised to find that what I had been told was exactly what was on the lot. The truck was in great shape, and had all the features and amenities that I needed and the price was fair. I did a cash purchase and I think both made out with a good deal. Kenny and James were straight and honest and neither left me feeling like I had just had something "done to me" when all the papers were signed and I drove away. Definitely a good experience and worthy of repeat business. UPDATE I had purchased a NIGHTMARE from another dealer in another city and after spending nearly the price of the car on repairs, I finally gave up. My daily driver had turned into my forever project and it was breaking me. I ran up to Priced Right to take a look at what they had and ended up driving home in a beautiful new pickup. The truck was in amazing shape inside and out and had low miles. This was definitely what I needed to replace the nightmare. The financing was a breeze and the over all deal was fair and honest. No high pressure nonsense and no smoke and mirrors. Again, Kenny and James were amazing and put me on the road in a great vehicle that has already exceeded my expectations. Im very happy to be a repeat customer.

This "dealership" is a complete POS. I went in to get a truck from them and the engine light was on. After the diagnostics, the cylinder was misfiring. The car place said they would take care of it immediately upon delivery of the vehicle. They cancelled the appointment 3 times and said they "did not have enough time. Did not have enough time to do work on a vehicle that they just sold. Now they want to turn it around on me saying it is my fault. Some kind of place. The car worked for about a month and has not worked since. It is unbelieveable that this kind of business is acceptable to them. What a complete waste of money. I purchase alot of cars and if it was between walking or buying a car from them again, I would walk. Unbeleivable customer service from the staff. Ron the sales man was the only helpful person in the entire operation. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them at all even if they are the only company that will finance you. Just wait it out until you can buy elsewhere...Trust me.. you will be glad you did. This could have easily been a 5 star review also if they had of just taken care of the issue and followed through. Since they were not willing to help, I took the car to two different reputable mechanics, and both said the engine was shot. Buyer Beware!!!
