I must preface this review by letting you know that I despise car dealerships. No, like I really, REALLY hate buying a new car. I always feel like the salesmen are out to get you in every way possible, from telling you what you want to hear to straight up lying in an attempt to sell you things you dont want or need. I always view it as a "me against them" experience and I show up ready to do battle. As far as car buying experiences go, Im happy to report that this was one of the easiest. Our salesperson, Trent, was as cool and calm as they come. He was super easy to deal with, seemed eager to please and make us happy, and had a relaxed, laid back personality. He took most of the stress out of the car buying experience. This was our first time buying a true luxury brand automobile, and I was very impressed. Trent was always on time for our appointments, was proactively attentive to our calls and texts, and would do his best to keep us comfortable (even offering us a slice of pizza when we were there at lunchtime and were waiting for the paperwork to be completed). He answered all of our questions correctly the first time and with authority. I will absolutely buy a car from him in the future. The dealership itself is very comfortable too, and it was always easy to find help when we needed it. We originally had planned to buy our Mercedes from the other dealership in town but after we went back and waited nearly an hour after the time of our scheduled appointment (our sales guy was "tied up" and never showed), we eventually left and came to Henderson. Im so happy we did! The delivery experience was easy too, with our car displayed in a fancy garage bay. I noticed a few minor blemishes on the paint and Trent immediately went to get someone to come and buff them out. They even had a really nice woman (I cant remember her name!) thoroughly go over the new features of the car. It was excellent customer service. The only reason this wasnt a 5 star experience was the finance department. Nobody likes to deal with all the finance junk where they hard sell you on all sorts of extras that you dont need, but this was not the most pleasant part of the transaction. Pete was a nice guy and I actually liked him a lot, and I know its his job to assertively push the extras on customers, but it got super unpleasant when he was really, REALLY pushing us hard on buying into the Mercedes Service Plan. Not only would he not take "no" for an answer, he eventually made us feel BAD about not buying it. I told him the fact that he was pushing it so hard made it obvious to me it wasnt a good deal for us as consumers. He tried every tactic in the book too, making us feel like we werent adding it on because we couldnt afford it. Please. Why would we be in a Mercedes dealership in the first place? Eventually we got out of the finance department and because of that obnoxious push, we declined every other add-on. Normally he couldve sold us some things but I was so disgusted that we didnt get one extra thing. So other than that, this is a great dealership and if we decide that we love Mercedes (since this is our very first one), I will definitely be back to buy future cars. Trent knows how to build loyalty, and he will be our go-to guy from now on.

Really disappointed with my buying experience here. UPDATE: I came in for a car wash on 8/10/16 and Im upgrading from one star to three. I got there at 10 in the morning, and it took them two hours to wash my car, and they didnt even touch the inside. I was supposed to be at the golf course an hour ago, instead Im spending my day off of work here. The second I drive off the lot, I get a warning that my tire pressure is bad, then it flashes red and says there is a malfunction with the tire. So I make a U turn at the first light and go back. They tell me I have to buy a new tire, and the Warranty is in the old owners name which is not what they told me when I bought the car 2 months ago. They said all Warrenties transfered plus I bought an additional $3500.00 maintenence warrenty! And of all those warrenties...none of them happen to cover the flat tire I did NOT have when I got there this morning for a car wash. After speaking to the manager, they said they would replace the tire at no charge, but the tire on the driver side would need to be replaced soon because they are both dry rotted. Im greatful they are going to replace the tire, but I feel the other one should also be replaced. This is a Mercedes-Benz inspected/certified car I bought 2 months ago! Now they are telling me both front tires are dry rotted?! I upped from one star to 3 because the service manager was really nice about the whole thing. However, the fact that the car wash took 2 hours and the inside was untouched, and they sold me a Mercedes-Benz certified/inspected car with dry rotted tires still leaves me with an uneasy, sick feeling to my stomach. This is the service I would expect if I was driving a Hundai Sonata not a Mercedes-Benz. Ive been here 4 hours and they are just now getting to the repair. To think I came in for a quick wash before heading to the golf course on my day off.

I had been looking for a new E350 for months. I had visited 3 dealers and had emailed 5 more. All though all the dealers were friendly I wasnt finding any of them willing to work with me in regards to the exact car I wanted and the pricing of the car. I was surfing the internet and was looking at the new inventory at Mercedes of Henderson in Henderson,NV. I found a car that interested me and called the Internet Manager Ray Jimenez.I told Ray what I was looking at and wanted to make an appointment. He said no appointment necessary that he would be available when I came down. My wife and I arrived 30 minutes later. We met Ray in the showroom and told him what we were looking for. He ask us to come to his office to discuss Mercedes Benz. Ray made it very clear that he and Mercedes Benz of Henderson wanted to earn my business. Ray took us outside to view the E350 we were interested in. After showing us the car and answering our questions about the car we took a test drive. It was everything we had expected. Went back to the office to discuss pricing. No pressure from Ray, he really wanted to work with us in getting a price we could live with. We came to an agreement on price for the car and for a trade in of our GMC Acadia.Paperwork was handled in a timely manner by Ray and then by Pete Moneo the finance manager. It took less than 30 minutes with Pete to complete the transaction. After signing the contact for the car we went back to see Ray. He had our new car ready for delivery. We spent the next 90 minutes going over every detail of the functioning of the E350. I have never had anyone in a car dealer spend that about of time on showing me how all the features of a new car work. I look forward to enjoying my new E350 and also looking forward to doing business with Ray and Pete again. Best car experience I have ever had.
