I hate to even give one star. Negative would be more appropriate. To preface a bit, Ive rebuilt alot of salvage cars. Ive purchased more than I care to count sight unseen, and I specialize in one single brand only, so I typically know what Im getting into. That is, until I deal with a company like this. I understand the prep work they are putting into a car to make it more presentable, throwing away damaged parts, cleaning them up, and the like. So, knowing this, I asked well ahead of the purchase, what happened to the good parts that were removed (trim pieces, small pieces, HARDWARE, etc...), things that can add up QUICK when youre trying to reassemble a vehicle to manufacturers specifications, and was assured they were all in the trunk. SURPRISE! Not only were they not there upon delivery, everything else that was supposed to be in there was also missing! Ok. How about the bill of sale. There is a spot on their own paperwork for a notary. My state requires it to be notarized. It wasnt. I contact them to obtain a notary - oh yes. Pause that thought. Contacting them. I called my "sales rep". She instructs me anything post sale has to go to a different department. I ask the number - there isnt one, you have to email. Seriously? Ok. Whatever. I email them. I immediately get a response back "Sorry - we only check emails on Wednesdays. We will reply as soon as we can". WHAT??? I send you $6000 of my hard earned money, and I cant call you, only email and be lucky to receive a response in a week?!?!?! Oh boy. So, I FINALLY get a response, and that response is I have to PAY for the bill of sale to be notarized. Yes, the bill of sale. The form that they have to fill out for every sale to every buyer. That has a spot to be notarized. I have to PAY an additional $55 for this form to be filled out correctly. On top of the doc fee Ive already paid when I bought the car. And finally, as if this wasnt enough already, I was promised a car with front end damage that ran and drove "lot drove". Common terminology in this field, and I expected that the car could be driven around the parking lot, but no distance of any kind. Ok, technically, it could. The problem was, these fraudsters replaced the broken oil pan the car suffered during the accident - and DIDNT INSTALL AN OIL PAN GASKET OF ANY KIND. So, when the shipper delivered my car, the engine was KNOCKING due to oil starvation because every ounce of oil had leaked out. So, I emailed them as I had no other means of communication, and never received a reply. This is the absolute crookedest automotive sales operation Ive ever dealt with (20 years in the business, master certified technician, 15 years of my career spent with dealers), and I fully intend to seek legal recourse. I dont know how they are still in business, but I cant imagine it will be for much longer.

This is the most crooked company you could do business with... It says they work hard to take pictures to the best of their ability. Let me tell you what.. They only work hard a hiding the actual damage of all vehicles they sale. I purchase a 2013 F350 super duty and i had the most terrible experience ever. What appear to be just a little damage left front it turned out that the truck only had the rear axle in good shape literally. The damage that was inflicted on that truck it was beyond salvage. Everything under the carriage was mangled or torn apart. Not to mention that I insisted on getting info about the truck if it steer and rolls from Diana, which i got an answer in writing that it does rolls and steer and this vehicle it is the total opposite, we could not even get it of the semitrailer... the Front axle is bent and torn, the wheels were welded so they could stay on for the pictures. Engine and transmission had the lower part torn, missing completely. The frame bent. The transfer case half of it was torn, missing completely and it had the chain just hanging out of it. The driving shafts totally torn apart and placed in the truck rear bed, which they did not bother to take a picture with like none of the other damage i mentioned. And the front grill and radiators were totally placed in the truck rear bed... in the pictures they posted it was very nicely placed right where it belonged to get people to think the vehicle is not damaged that bad. The windshield shattered, which they made pictures from a distance so it would not be noticeable. They worked under the truck with a torch heating up the frame so it would straight it... Once i received the vehicle i try to contact them and the costumer service would not give non of the managers phone number, but instead i was always told to send in an e-mail. After multiple e-mails i had sent, i got a reply from Gary Santiago (owner) that it would give me a discount of $2 000.00 on my next purchase from them. Really... I got burned of $ 20 000.00 for a piece of crap and they still have the guts to still try to rip me off, but did not bother to even talk to me on the telephone ...what an experience. I only wish i checked them out more on peoples reviews since there was no way for me to travel 1600 miles to inspect the vehicle my self. Even if you are able to inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing they are telling you that there is nobody available go to the yard and walk you in since that is only a storage yard. And no, i am not an angry person by nature, i am just angry that i have got burned by the lowest sharks on the market. Now youve been warned, its your choice to take you business to honest dealer or get a taste of what they are best at. ...This guys are savages...

I bought my cars from the WWA office in LA. These guys are very, very devious also. I bought 2 cars from them in December. One of the cars had minimal visible damage. What you dont see is how they made half-a$$ed repairs using parts from other junk cars to minimize the look of the damage without any regard for performing the proper repairs to the vehicle. When I brought it to the dealer he informed me that WWA had glued things in place just to make the cosmetics better, but actually causing further damage. They also purposely hide things from you. I was told the other car I bought was driven by the Sales Manager for the last 10 months, so everything was in good working order. When I test drove the car, Walter didnt let me get in and start it. He started it, secretly cleared the faults on the computer system, then got out and gave me the keys. When I came down the 2nd time, he threw me the keys, but the car was already started and all faults cleared. Needless to say there was a "Warning" that Walter was trying to hide. It was a "Suspension Service" warning. The documents that you sign state you are buying the car "AS IS", but they do not disclose the extent of the damage that they know about, they hide them from you instead. Since the car was driven by the Sales Manager for almost a year I assumed it was properly registered with the DMV. This was not the case. When I registered the car I had to pay 2 years of back registration fees, penalties and interest of almost $2,000. According to the Calif DMV the car is owned by the company in Utah, driven by the office in LA but never registered in Calif, and the LA office is not a Calif registered dealership and does not sell the cars. The cars are sold by the Utah company illegally doing business in Calif. The Calif. DMV actually asked me to file a complaint with the DMV against the company so that they had someone to "champion" their efforts against WWA. If you are buying from the Compton or El Segundo location....beware. These guys are unscrupulous and will do everything they can to take advantage of you.
