This happened some time ago, but I have learned the value of sharing experiences and Im going to share how my experience went here to warn otters. First off, they dont deserve even one star. The owner was disrespectful to me when I spoke to him in person. One of his staff members awhile back actually put his hands on me when I told him "I wasnt there for a discussion about it" regarding a friends purchase. Hispanic guy lost his composure and put his hands on me and they are lucky I didnt sue them for it. No need to shove a guy because he doesnt wanna have a discussion with you. In case you have forgotten, you self righteous punk, our community isnt West Side 18th Street South Central Los Angeles. Quit acting like you are a goon. You are not hard and you arent fooling anyone. To the man who was wearing the black belt karate uniform claiming to be the owner, you had this review coming for our exchange alone. The lack of professionalism reflects extremely poorly on the organization and they should be shamed of themselves. Also, gotta love the fake reviews they put on here. Two thumbs up for trying to dishonestly fix your desecrated name.

This is by far the worst company in the whole world. They are knowingly selling faulty cars which are only tuned up enough to pass the test drive. Then they suck your money by "repairing" the car over and over again. Hidden fees and deception EVERY TURN! I would not send my worst enemy to this place.

Super friendly staff. I found them to be very Honest and helpful people. Sitting down to do my paper work it felt more like visiting friends. This is the second purchase from the family here at hum motors and Ill be back to buy my next one too.
