The dealer Mario was so arrogant and had the worst attitude. He talked directly to the person I was with rather than me even though I was the one paying for the car. He showed us a few cars and the whole time, he didnt even say anything about features of the car or anything. While on the lot he just texted and talked on his phone. When I tried asking a question, its like I was talking to a brick wall. His head was totally in his own world and had no interest in helping me. I was told the down payment would be $1000 on a $5000 car. So, with the paperwork printed eventually (which took about 20 minutes in a completely empty dealership with 3 other staff members working), the grand total was $12,000. Are you kidding me? You want me to finance a $5000 car for a total of $12,000? This place is a SCAM. Theres hidden fees and horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE customer service from what I experienced. They are liars and con artists. Dont waste your time coming down here.

Awesome experience! When every sales person is pushy and overbearing, I found the soft spoken Claudia and cool demeanor of Bobby refreshing and much needed in the, already, pressure filled world of buying a vehicle. The young lady Kim at the front desk is pleasantly helpful and very welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable and invited, only helping your car buying decision that much easier. Drew was also a very welcoming presence that made you feel like there was nothing he wouldnt do to make sure you left feeling like a satisfied family member. Great job team. Shout out to Adam and the rest of the guys at LV Cars West! You guys rock! Its only just begun my friends.

Such a professional atmosphere. I enjoyed working with Thomas, our sales representative. I already had my financing taken care of, however Marine the sales manager was able to find me a local lender who had an amazing interest rate compared to my bank. Literally saved me thousands. They could have just sold me the vehicle and took the money, however Marine went out of his way to save me and my family some of our hard earned money. Not just a good dealership, but an establishment of great people. Will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle in the future. #WhyIsTheSkyBlue?

I purchased a 2012 Ford F450 diesel truck to tow an RV, I came across LV Cars on Google and I have to say it was the best decision so far! My wife and I are retired flew in to Las Vegas and drove back home to Michigan with no issues or problems whatsoever. Thank you to the young lady Kim for helping us with our paper work, the manager drew for assuring and checking the truck for us before we drove off and our sales man Charlie.

The manager drew went over everything with me as we walked around truck and everyone was on the same page. They let my mechanic inspect it. Gave me a good deal too. Good experience. Bought a polished turd a few years ago for 1100.00 the car had a broken a arm, every grease boot under the car was blown, check engine light turned on within a week......wont be going back again. Word of advice test drive to a different mechanic and get it inspected. Shady
