Went to dealer, picked out a 2016 Impala LTZ online from another dealership, paid deposit, went to bathroom only to return to the sales associates office to be told the car had been sold. Luckily they found the exact same car at another dealer however this model was 10k miles higher than the original model and they were still the same price. When I inquired about getting a better deal on the price based on the higher mileage I was told the prices are determined by corporate. About a week into ownership I noticed the steering wheel started to pull to the left or right when braking and the rear brakes made a grinding noise. I called the dealer where I purchased the car I was told they couldnt do anything about it. Took the car to a chevy dealer, they told me the car had been in a collision based on visual damage to the front end and portions of the bumper being repainted. Aside from that, they told me it would cost me $200 for the diagnostic if it was determined that the steering wheel pulling was caused by the front end damage. Didnt want to end up paying the $200 so I left based on their visual assessment. Called the enterprise dealer immediately they said they dont sell cars that had been in an accident and provided a carfax report stating the car hadnt been in any wreck HOWEVER the chevy dealer rep told me enterprise doesnt have to report accidents to carfax because they use a private insurance company so I dont know whose lying. Took the car to the enterprise dealer and they got the bumper realigned but the associate i spoke to insisted the steering wheel pulling is normal so that problem still hasnt been addressed. I never thought I would have to come out of pocket to fix my car so early into ownership to fix an issue that shouldnt exist based on the 100+ point inspection enterprise prides itself on. Anyone who needs their car for work can relate to the potential inconvenience of not having their car. With that being said, the back and forth to the dealers was very time consuming so I havent pressed the issue further. My advice is to be thorough in your examination and/or test drive and if you notice any issues call them right away to address it.

Overall very good. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Enterprise and the experience is far better than I had with both used and new car dealers. The only thing I objected to was that if you are not buying something from the lot of the facility you are visiting they will bring it in from a branch lot, but they make you switch you insurance to the candidate car and they register it on line. This takes a lot of time. They also wont even start the process of bring the car to the lot until you go throught the process. Its dumb! Its exasperating! Sadly, the salesmen and supervisory staff have no leeway on this point. Fortunately for us the car we asked to test drive not only met with our approval, but my wife liked the color so we did buy the car and did not have to go through the process of shifting the insurance around again or unregistering the car. I would recommend that you verify in advance that the lot you will visit has the car you want (start with the internet--its all online), then verify by phone. That way if you dont like the car, you dont lose a lot of time. Besides the one complaint. The people are nice. They are low-pressure. Unlike a lot of salesmen they dont try to upsell you or sell a lot of useless add-ons and if you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days to return the car with no problems. The cars they sell are in good repair and just like the last time I really feel that we got a great deal.

Overall sales experience with Love was great. The 109 inspection was not complete. The car smelled like cigarette smoke...I told the agent it smelt like smoke she insisted no. Ok we took the vehicle two days later the brakes were squeaking I took it back they sent me to their shop to have it replaced...that was done. Now Im having issues with the battery. I called n spoke to Mike who I believe was very dismissive telling me that when they certify the vehicle if the battery is good they dont replace it n they dont put new batteries in old vehicles. Now Im stuck on the road its 28 degrees outside I have my family with me now I have to wait almost 2 hours until roadside assistance gets here. Im extremely upset annoyed n frustrated with the service. When they want your business everythings good but after they get it its as if you cant get help. Enterprises manager was supposed to call me back he never did. Too busy to hear my problems. Extremely upset n annoyed. I better have a battery tomorrow!! My wife n I bought this vehicle 2 1/2 months ago 2015 town n country.

DONT EVER BUY A CAR NEW WHEN YOU CAN GET A FANTASTIC USED FROM ENTERPRISE!! This is my third car with Enterprise. Always feels like Im getting my moneys worth. The enthusiasm of the sales staff, and their follow through is impressive. Just an overview, Enterprise Rental Cars auctions off 99% of their inventory within 1-3 years. Its simple math to keep inventory at its best. The best 1% is sold through Enterprise Car Sales. Forget Certified pre-owned, these are in better shape. Pretty much every auto maker is available, and what thou would find is pretty solidly the middle or upper middle package. So whether a German coup or American minivan, the models available have all the features yet typically not the top (I mean overkill) level of trim package. Things that I might not order in a lease or purchase because of cost,, are in their inventory because thats what rentters want and I get the benefit. Thank you Enterprise.

The staff of mostly young men, all professional and courteous, work hard to please and the dealership offers a variety of vehicles to shop from. The account and sales staff make the car-buying process transparent and convenient. However, despite the documented 109-point Enterprise auto inspection, it is in the best interest of the buyer to have an independent auto mechanic do an inspection before finalizing your sale. With that said, the Enterprise sales staff, especially Pedro C., quickly remedied in a professional and reassuring manor, the problems that were found in the vehicles I purchased by allowing me to make another selection, and have a minor repair made by their mechanic in the final vehicle I took home. In conclusion, because the sales staff were responsive and reasonable, I recommend purchasing a vehicle at this Enterprise dealership. Im happy with the deal and vehicle I got from them.

Towards the end of it all (not being listened to although I informed that I already had financing; not wanting to take the car immediately, preferring to complete arrangements with my finance agent; having a run done on my credit and looking at an interest rate twice what I expected) I was surprised at the haggling that was conducted to raise the price of the transaction. That 109-point inspection was not true in my case. The engine oil was not changed and the level was twice what it should be; there was a knocking in the right front wheel; the interior was not cleaned; there was no owners manual at delivery. The redeeming aspect of this experience is my sales agent. Hes good. Willing and accommodating, but the support was not there to make the experience what it should have been, and what Enterprise touts.
