This was my first and worse experience buying alone a car from the dealer. So, LADIES BE CAREFUL!!!!! Ill never buy from this dealer again thats for sure and Ive been telling everyone I know about my experience especially with the financing department. I bought an older Lexus with low miles in September. First I asked for a better price but the sales man told me since the car had an event price that that will be the best price. I know that the car was overpriced but I didnt care I loved the car and everything about it and I was so tired shopping for weeks for a car that I didnt really care that much anymore. The nightmare started when I met the financing guy. I was completely aware that my interest rate will be higher than normal - my credit score was over 700 but my credit history length its short (moved from Europe not even 3 years ago) plus the older the car is the higher the interest rate is. So far so good. I was told that Ive been approved for 3 years of finance with 4.8% interest rate. I said ok, Im paying the car off sooner anyways so I didnt really care. When I got into his office he told me that he found a better deal for finance if I agree to pay $2 A MONTH for an extended warranty coverage plan. So I would finance for 4 years this time with a 3.4 interest rate and pay $2 A MONTH FOR 4 YEARS for that plan. I was like woaw thats a good deal, lower interest and have my car covered for so many this what a great deal, I thought. So he made me sign a thousand papers and I asked me 3 times if its $2 a month and he said yes. When I got home that night and looked over the papers and did the math I found out that actually I had to pay $2 MORE A DAY FOR 4 YEARS!!!!!!!! THATS ONLY A FEW THOUSANDS MORE ON TOP OF THE CAR! I was sooooooo mad I couldnt believe it! I went back the next day but he wasnt there so I talked to another financing lady that was there. I was in and out in 1 minute . She told me she cant do anything about it. Im stuck with the car and I have to pay the coverage because I already signed the papers . OMG!!!! I got more mad , I left and came back again the second day this time I wanted to talk to the manager. So this guy comes to talk to me - nowadays I guess the manager looks and dresses just like a normal sales man - so once again thank you Miller Toyota , you guys are really professional what can I say. I got my problem solved that day and I thought my nightmare was over. But after almost another month another lady from the dealer called me if I can email her a copy of my social security # for financing papers. Are you serious????? Email my social security #????? and she goes if you dont want to, you can fax it to me. Whats wrong with these people?????? I said no, Im coming there to bring it personally. Good thing I went because they discovered theyve charged another stupid tax and they were not allowed to do that - but no one told me that over the phone- so they had to redo my contract again. And yesterday after 2 months from buying the car I got a check in the mail with a refund for registration. I guess they overcharged me for that too. THIS DEALER IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE JOKE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! And no, this is not the wrong dealership,in the contract you just have me under a different last name.

Worst experience of my Cars life. Todd is the most incompetent service rider of all time. The following event occurred Monday July 17th between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. I purchased the 3 oil change and Tire rotation for my 2014 Lexus SUV. First service went off w/out a hitch. Second time around I went thru express service and Todd (Red head with a beard/Goat-tee) took my vehicle in and performed a pre-inspection. Service was performed and my wife picked up the vehicle where Todd did a "big show" walked my wife around car and signed off that "all is good". My wife gets home and immediately notices a lug nut missing off the back right tire (actually the lock nut) Called Toyota and they sent a tow truck due to they were worried the other lugs could be loose. (By the way I took a pic of missing lug with bare wheel stud visualized) Next morning I go in expecting vehicle to be fixed. Todd tells me the stud sheared off and was present when he took in the vehicle and he "forgot" to write it down on the the pre-inspection sheet and also "forgot" to mention it to my wife and let her drive off. I then pulled in Rick Depke (service manager) who says it is my fault that the lug sheared off due to over torquing on their part. And that he spoke with Todd who forgot to mention all of this. Then he agrees to split the cost with me and that it will only cost me $67 (new lock nuts) plus $35 labor and tax. I am furious and get in my car to leave. Before I do I look at my wheel again and ACTUALLY touch the PRESENT wheel stud and FEEL intact threads. This means that a lug DID in fact fall off and their horrible tech did not torque properly and they did not even check the wheel. I made Todd come out to my vehicle and put his hand on the threads which he does so with attitude. He starts to grovel and apologized...Rick call me on my cell and apologizes 4 times and Todd shakes my hand 4 different times and apologizes 6 more times. They fixed it at no charge with new locking nuts on all 4 tires. They will never touch my wheels again and I have NEVER seen this level of STUPID in my life. Todd cant even see, and this is no exaggeration. Please do not take your vehicle there.

I went here a few weeks ago and test drove a car I was interested in and let me tell you it was the worse feeling I have ever had in my life. I came here first because it had higher reviews than other dealerships..Dont be fooled! I was asked to wait somewhere for a few minutes while one of the sellers checked the lot for one of the cars I was interested in. He never came back so after a while of standing in the heat doing nothing I walked the lot and found the cars myself. It is the most disorganized dealership lot I have ever been on. Cars were mixed up everywhere.. the seller when we did finally run into him again inside needed my directions to the car rather than have an idea of where they were at on his own lot... Inside again sellers were switched on me and from how the first one talked to me eagerly and speedily.. and the second one that took over for the first.. It was so "sharked" I came with someone and they paid 0 attention to him and only cared about what I had to say and my opinions. He barely got greeted if you even want to call what they did that. They are all about the $$$ here. I told them Id get back to them by the end of the week after talking to family/friends. Called me next day first thing in the morning while I was working but normally would be sleeping at 8am.. Go somewhere else, theres so much better. Better organization and actual compassion rather than just greed. I called up another dealership and there wasnt any run around and the same car was quoted at me at a much lower price... 2k difference.. without any negotiation. Needless to say when the seller called me that next day I let him know I found the car somewhere else with a much different quote by another toyota dealership. There was a pause before he started talking again and I was just completely done. The dont do anything for you here but hope you let them take advantage of you if you dont know any better. I am now happily driving further, out of my way, to a much happier, friendlier, compassionate dealership in camelback toyota with my new 2016 toyota. And its worth every extra mile.
