We recently moved to this area and were looking for a mechanic to service our vehicles. It is difficult these days to find a business with integrity that you can trust to do only what needs doing for an honest price. My search led me to Automotive Dynamics. I chose them because of their online reviews, but was still skeptical to give them a try. All I needed was an oil change, so I though that was a safe place to start. I had the oil change done on a Saturday morning. By noon on Sunday we noticed a little oil leaking. I figured I would call on Monday when they opened to ask about it. Monday morning I awoke to a puddle of oil under my van. When I moved my van out of the garage and across the street, oil was gushing out from under the van. I called immediately and explained to Kevin how I had been in on Saturday for the oil change and what I was experiencing now. I told him I was not comfortable driving the van to the shop and he replied, "Ill send someone over to the house shortly." His quick response gave me some hope that I had made a good decision in choosing Automotive Dynamics, but would have to see what happened next before I could be certain. Within 25 mins. a technician was at my house to diagnose the problem. He apologized for the problem and got right to work trying to fix it. It turned out that it was not related to the oil change at all, but a hose that had a hole in it. My first thought was their technician had probably accidentally punctured the hose with a tool when doing the oil change, but I couldnt prove that. The hose was seven years old and in this heat could certainly finally have ruptured. I still was not sure if this was a company I wanted to do business with. Then Kevin offered to steam clean the under carriage of my van for free because of the circumstances. I felt that was a very fair thing to do. My van was towed to the shop and the work completed. When I arrived to pick up my van, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they had washed it as well. Kevin showed me the old part and a picture of the new part showing how Toyota replaced the hose with a metal tube, realizing their design flaw. I am very pleased with Automotive Dynamics. I do think I have found that company with honesty and integrity that I was searching for. And I thank you for everything. You were great!

Like many others, I had a former mechanic before I moved into the Sun City area. It was someone I had used for years and felt comfortable with his work. However, there were times statements were made that created worry and concern about the car I purchased a few years ago. Not being a mechanical person there was always the fear of the unknown and of course the warning of the outlandish car repair concern that was inevitably coming. I have been going to automotive dynamics for a few years now, and every time I would go for general maintenance, I wait for the fear based news and I never hear it. Just positive, kind, supportive comments. When I was in the other day I finally mentioned the car worry to them, and it was explained to me that "yes, it is a different car system, a new system but with proper care and maintenance there most likely will not ever be any problem" what I realized instantly hearing those words was how important this confident approach was and how profoundly it affects those hearing it. I would always go in for general maintenance waiting for the worst because of the previous mechanics approach. When for the past few years none of that has proven to be true and only supportive truthful information has been offered. TRUST is what we need and want in our life and TRUST is what will be offered by Automotive Dynamics. No scare tactics just truth and answers. I will never go anywhere else and am so very , very grateful for the honesty of their staff.

I had an incredibly awesome experience with Automotive Dynamics. I recently took my car in for service and described what I wanted and needed done. Kevin and Mark both assisted me with my cars needs. They explained everything that needed to be done, which was very close to what I wanted and more!!! The service was excellent and communication very clear and concise. They didnt try to"sell" me something I didnt need and treated me with that very unusual small town/family feeling of honesty and trust. This was the first positive experience Ive ever had with a car dealership; no pressure sales or B.S., just pleasant, honest and professional treatment!! I was really blown away!! So much so that after my vehicle was serviced I purchased one of their used cars, also a first for me. Ive already recommended this company to my friends. Thank you Mark, Kevin, Vince and everyone at Automotive Dynamics that gave me and my car, (now both of my cars!) the best service and excellent experience Ive ever had with a car dealership! The icing on the cake is their great sense of humor!!!! :) Im so very grateful to have found your business, and you have a customer for life!!!!

I came from out of town to Sun City visit family and my 2011 Mini Cooper was having battery drain issues. My family brings all their vehicles to Automotive Dynamics and highly recommended them. Mark and Kevin were very friendly and competent, I left my car there over night feeling very assured it was in good hands. They ran multiple tests and a diagnostics on my car and couldnt find the exact computer circuit causing the issue. They advised me to bring my car to Mini Cooper and have them run a specified circuit by circuit diagnostics test with their Mini Cooper specified equipment. They also waved all costs and didnt charge me anything! Mark wanted me to notify him what the exact issue was when I found out from Mini so he could become familiar with the issue in the event of future issues that may occur. These guys are very thorough and down to earth, I highly recommend them .

This shop is a rare find in todays world. Expert technicians (they really know what theyre doing) and a large fully equipped modern spotless shop facility. They take the time to discuss your service needs and actually inspect your vehicle for existing and potential problems. They accurately report to you what they find plus and advised you what is critical work & what can be postponed, together with a cost estimate before doing any work. You can count on them doing the work correctly the FIRST time! When you pick up your vehicle they thoroughly review the work performed and answer any questions you have. Their labor rates are very fair and theyre very courteous and pleasant. No wonder theyve been in business for 35 years and are AAA approved. If any of what Ive described appeals to you, then this is the repair shop for you. I feel very fortunate to have found them.

I took my car to Automotive Dynamics after my first mechanic sent me home with a check engine light and no desire to fix what he did wrong. Automotive Dynamics didnt have the special code reader that a Saab requires, but they still took the time to do a once over and make sure all the hoses were secure and sealed. Crazy part of this, they didnt charge me a penny. I wanted to give them something for the mechanics time, they refused my offer. They even found me a location that had this special reader. I will come back to them because they are honest. They never tried to sell me anything, and treated me with respect, something that doesnt happen when youre a female with a broken car. Thank you Mark and Kevin. Your whole team is amazing!!
