I had been shopping around for a Ford Edge for my wife and Kentson had the most aggressive pricing out of all the dealers I could find in utah. This was my first time working with Kentson but not my first time buying a car, anyone that has ever purchased a car before can understand why I was beyond skeptical when I saw the listed price. My wife and went to go test drive the edge we had seen online and Mark was quick to greet us when we showed up. I of course asked why their process were so much lower than anywhere else, Mark explained that their company is trying to change the car buying experience for consumers so they start out with the most aggressive price listed. **That sounds great for a slogan or a commercial but at this point I was still very skeptical** We exchanged information and I spent the next couple weeks at other dealerships seein how close any of them could come to Kentsons price, some of them flat out told me they couldnt and that I could expect some up selling from whoever quoted me that price. So when it finally came time to buy the car I was mentally prepared for battle like most of us who have bought a car I was expecting to hear things about "window etching" etc.. So you can imagine how shocked I was when I ended up paying the price I expected and wasnt hit up for everything under the sun. In fact, it went so smooth o wasnt even sure how I felt about the purchase until later. I had been expecting to drive away in our new car begrudgingly because in the past it has always been mixed emotions for me, "yes I have a new car but that underwriter was a jerk". But not here, Mark and Kelly couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. I had a battery issue a couple after I had bought it and Mark was adamant about letting him get it replaced for me and offering a loaner until the job was done. If the dealership was closer to me I probably would have but it all worked out. Mark even called me the day I took the car in to follow up and make sure everythingwas going smoothly. I would encourage anyone reading this to go to Kentsons and save themselves for the nightmare that car shopping can be. Id give more stars if I could.

My experience at Kentsons was great. Ive been looking for an Explorer for over a year. After driving several from other dealerships, I felt uneasy about Canadian lease returns, rust under the hood, old school sales tactics that dont work, especially since Im in sales and know how not to sell & weird noises while driving. I couldnt pull the trigger on any of those other vehicles. Kentsons continually has new inventory because they turn so many vehicles. I attribute this to their no hassle, no haggle, straight up pricing. They will not try and sell you a car you do not want or are unsure about. That gave me a chance to drive several to decide on which one I liked best. I did all the upfront work, (approval from bank, checked insurance, scoped out trade in values etc.) which expedited my purchase. Kelly was helpful and didnt push in any way. He asked questions to see what I was looking for, promptly retrieved the car I wanted to test drive, had it ready to go, was willing to just show numbers as I directed but made no assumptions, worked with his team to give me what I felt was a decent value on the trade in, and made the process easy and hassle free. I have tried to negotiate in the past and learned that their prices are what their prices are. They make their money on moving inventory, not by gauging a customer. Im in sales and can appreciate the fact that they need to make money and I want them to. Good dealerships need to stick around so the public can have some confidence in the vehicles theyre buying. You cant go wrong with Kentsons. I did not feel an ounce of pressure on this deal. Thanks Kentsons and Kelly. I was in and out in about 2 hours. What a great experience. Highly recommend.

Just bought a 2014 BMW X5 from Kentson Car Company. They appear to be a trustworthy dealership and are very transparent on how they do business. This is good and bad in my opinion. The car we bought was priced a little high doe the year and miles. It didnt seem to a wholesale price like they kept asserting. Our motivation was the Make, Model, body style, color, etc. so we felt ok paying a little bit of a premium to get exactly what my wife wanted. At first We didnt understand how their dealership works. So I was unhappy initially when I expressed my desire to buy the car and recieved a indifferent at best response. Basically it is a as is lot and the car we bought had already been sold to a dealership in Idaho. They just put it up for sale to see if they could sell it to someone who would also finance with them. We opted to pay the extra 400 dollars to finance on our own. we got a lower interest rate through our bank. After bringing up the check to buy the car we realized it didnt have floor mates which they wouldnt do anything for us on. again reminding me the car is as is and they already had sold it. Basically saying to us "we dont care if you buy this car from us". They didnt do mechanical checks on our car nor did they have knowledge of the quality of the car as they simply took it in were selling it as is. So we had the local bert brothers look at it. Bert Brothers were very complimentary about Kentson. With all that said I likely would buy through them again in the same situation. However they are a buyer beware lot like most other used car dealerships.

Kenston Car Company is AWESOME!!! Our Corolla finally breathed its last breath, and we needed a car fast, and at a good price, with low mileage. We found what we were looking for on Kenstons website. I filled out a contact form late at night, and Kelly Stratford called me promptly the next morning. He answered all my questions about their sales process and pricing, and made the entire process easy and painless. From the application to the final signature, he made it very clear that Kenston Car Company cares about the customer, and proved to me that they werent out to squeeze every last penny out of my pocket. Their prices and selection are incredible. We purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota RAV4 with under 20k miles, and their price was $3k-$5k lower than just about every other dealership in the valley. The dealerships in the valley that had lower prices for the same car/mileage didnt have certified pre-owned cars, and their websites were too hard to navigate. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a new car give Kenston a try. Their staff is professional and helpful, they dont wheel and deal, and theyre NOT pushy to make a sale. I absolutely loved the entire experience. Well be buying a Ford F-150 next year, and I will be going to Kenston, no question.

I had been looking at and test driving Honda Pilots for several weeks, and when their listing popped up on KSL I was immediately interested in the vehicle. Low miles, excellent condition, and an awesome price. My husband and I showed up early the morning after the ad had been posted and expected to face the same old dealership/test drive rigmarole. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pristine dealership, with two guys who were totally polite, nice, and non-pushy. We test drove the vehicle, and had it checked out at a local car shop for a pre-purchase inspection - it came back with flying colors. The cashier even gave us a discount on the inspection after he found out we were buying from Kenston since he thought they were such a good dealership. When we returned, the paperwork was already printed and ready -- a painless process. The only issue with the car that we were concerned about was that the keyless entry did not work on either of the keys. Not a dealbreaker, but something we felt should be seen to. I am super glad these guys kept it classy and had it taken care of. Its the little things like that that mean a lot to a customer and can go a long way. Thanks Kenston! We recommend this place to all who are looking for a fantastic experience when looking for a car.
