PLEASE READ!!!! I know its long!! So, this place has been a complete headache! The first week that I had my car it was running completely fine. Then the second week, one day while at a red light (with my daughter in the car) the "check gauges" light came on and the check engine light. I couldnt accelerate past 5 mph! So the next day, they came to my job and got the truck because I was too scared to drive it all the way to Phoenix with it cutting off...had me thinking everything would be okay. They "inspected" the vehicle and said that it needed a computer part (I dont have a clue about car parts btw) and that it would be "fine" once the part was put in. So during this whole process I had to go three days without a vehicle because they dont do loner vehicles. Even though before I signed a contract, they said that they do give you another vehicle while they work on your car if something was wrong! Straight BS!!! Plus, after I got my truck back 2 weeks later it did the same thing!! Once again while driving!! This place obviously doesnt know what theyre doing. They make it seem like the do to get your money. Something is not right! After reading the last review I definitely wont be coming back to you for any work done!! Now theyre taking me through more BS saying there was a problem with the VIN# and I cant get my plates until they fix the VIN. So I come to let them do their Inspection for the SECOND time to fix the VIN# and Ive been here for three hours!! I dont know how long it takes for these things to get done but, even oil changes are faster!! The FIRST time my stepdad brought it in, the wait time was the same and nothing was accomplished! Ive only had this car for 2 months!! As soon as Im able to dump this place I will!!! Its messed up you have to deal with places like this. I regret getting a vehicle with them I shouldve just kept looking. Please dont get a car from here and go thru the same problems that I am. Or if you do, Please Before you buy a vehicle with them if youre able too...make sure the VIN #s match and go get an inspection BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!

Worst place EVER. First time buyers do not purchase vehicle here. It will ruin your credit. I got a Chevy Cobalt 2008 close to $10,000. Within a week of having vehicle transmission light was turning on. I took it to get fixed. When I left the dealership car broke down and I almost got hit in traffic. I reported all this to the BBB. Best auto try to say that I was out of my warranty. I was seen within the 15 days but it didnt count to them due to the fact that it wasnt a scheduled appointment. I was going to get my car fixed every week. So instead of paying $10,000 for a car that did not work I turned it back in. Worst experience of my life. Plus every time I went to get a repair they would break something else in the vehicle. Now its claiming $5,000 on my credit. Thats a bunch of bull due to the fact and I didnt even do my first payment because the vehicle was no good.

My husband and I bought a car there mid December when we test drove it we informed the sales person that the ac wasnt working , (Manny) he told us he would get it fixed not to mention that the car was filthy in the inside never got washed or cleaned from the inside , anyways so recently we turned our ac on and its still not working took it to get diagnosed come to find out its the compressor and it runs up to 850$ plus labor called the dealership and they said too much time went by and they cant do anything for us ,I thought since it was supposed to get fixed theyd do it since it was something that we had informed the sales person of when we first got it I dont think Ill be referring or buying from here again ! Tnks best auto now my kids have to suffer this summer all we asked for was a reliable vehicle

Been a customer for about 45 days since the time I walked in great service and straight to the point they dont Bs you around ... I have got my car noticed the transmission was slipping advised the store manager (Myrna) right away ... Any time I called and asked for update Myrna is and was always polite and gave me a direct answer the mech . (Cecilio) who work on my car did a awesome job an in a reasonable time and was not left with out my car for weeks on out ... They gave me brand new transmission and worked with me (Sandra) on my down payment and first car payment would definitely . Worst car dealership in AZ I got a car from them on Friday and by Monday the check engine light came on. Yes they said they would fix it but its been a week now an I keep having to go back to the dealership for the same problem Auto zone said its my throttle body but the dealership says its the sensor and after doing my research u cant just replace the sensor so every time I come pick up my car after a few hours to a day the check engine lights keeps coming back on they will not give me a refund an they are just trying to milk the problem until my 15 day warranty is up so it will b my problem DO NOT GET A CAR FROM. HERE THEY SELL LEMON CARS

Would give it no stars if I could. So called "mechanics" either have no idea what theyre doing or intentionally sabotage your car to keep you coming back. Management is friendly and accommodating but does nothing to ensure those working under them do good work. Will always say they will fix the issue only to cause an entirely new one. Lied about the history of the car and do not keep record of work done on car. Car is easy to get, hard to keep. So if you do get a car here under NO circumstances should you bring it back for work. Under warranty or not, free sabotage is never good. Better off paying real mechanics.

I purchased a 1995 Suzuki Samurai in September. My saleswoman Rebecca was extraordinary. She was able to answer all my questions and was able to disclose all previous body and mechanical repairs. I was recently in a divorce and my wife took everything. She was very understanding about my situation and was able to get me in a vehicle that same day. After driving it for two weeks, I noticed a rattling noise in the engine bay. I called Best Auto and they instantly took me in and repaired a faulty alternator. What a truly genuine experience. Thank-you Best Auto for the great customer care and vehicles.
