This is the worst dealer experience ever!!!!!! Stay far from This dealer!!!! Im so glad I didnt go thru with the sell. After dealing with these people for over 8 days, driving a truck that had so many issues I took it back. Still havent heard from the dealer of fixing. After being approved at another dealer for a more expensive truck, I inquired here, they pulled my credit. Made promises, states they could beat the other dealer. So I went, I have the owner and sales chick on a recorded call making these promises. After They were aware that I lost the other deal and the other truck was sold, AZ LUXURY AUTO changed their story, started backtracking because I was finding issued with their truck. After taking it back to them to fix, I was told by the guys that work the yard, they buy their cars at auctions. They half ass fix and push back out. Be careful with this dealer. If your ok with lies and B.S. and Lemon cars. Go right ahead!!! Ill text you the owners #. But take someone who speaks Spanish or Russian because there English isnt tgat good!!! These other 5 stars reviews are people that work at the dealer!!!

genuine people. best used car dealer in the country. I bought a car from calvin over a year ago and i just recently bought another one a few months ago Calvin was at first just a dealer and now me and him are great friends. i already earned over 1500 in referral money calvin reached out to me today telling me customers are threatening to write bad reviews and trash talk the business I think its sad that people would target a sweet family business like this one. they are great people and have great service. but some people make threats for free things. im going to make sure all my friends hat purchased cars leave reviews about their experience and im sure they will all be great

Rip off. After they get the down payment they treat you as if your dumb. Sold me a broken down car that lasted 6 months. This dealership is out to rip people off!! Dont buy here and if you do take the car for an inspection. Worst experience of my life. Plus, the crackhead mechanic said he fix my car and I took it in and his dumb crackhead stupid looking ass lied just like the customer service who dont know whats going on half the time. The owner lies till you settle out of the 3 month warranty. ALL LIES THIS DEALERSHIP HAS. YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOWED AND LIED TO ME AND MY HUSBAND. HOPE YOUR DEALERSHIP GETS FINED AND GOES OUT OF BUSINESS FOR ALL YOUR LIES.

I was sceptical at first to purchase from az luxury auto dealer. But after my arrival to the dealership has completely changed my mind. An absolutely great experience. Great family oriented place very nice people sweet and helpful. They do anything to make sure i get what i wanted. Cavin was a great good hearted truly a sweet person not to mention Sammie who made sure i got everything i wanted. I truly recommend this place for any of your car needs. This place has really been good to me from the very beginning. Bought 2 cars from them already and have had any issues so far. Great customer service from the sales reps to the owner who is a very good man that will help you get in a car of your liking the people there are really helpful and will answer any questions you may have.if your looking to buy a car give AZ LUXURY AUTO a try their a very good dealership to go too they make you feel like family there and a shot out to the 3 young men there they seem to really have a good head on there shoulders I give them a 5 stars

My son purchased 2 cars there within 2 days, the first one wasnt ready so they gave loaner, they got pulled over on the way home for a headlight being out. Now, both cars have been in the shop more than they have been driven and when they call the shop to check on status, they dont even know where the car is at, promises to return calls never happen, no loaners, no time frames. This family of seven bought two cars so they can have dependable transportation and now the dealership loses their car?

They lie! Sold me a broken down car! They will reap what they sow. If you go here take a mechanic with you because they are out to decieving you out of your money. Thank God we serve a God who sees all and will give them back what they sowed. Kalvin the owner is a Lying overly uneducated owner who is out to get your hard working money with greed!! Check out their cars and fake mechanic who does not work on your car but just drives it around to WASTE gas. COMPANY SUCKS LIKE WORKERS.

Inquired TWICE at this place. Different sales people each time. First time I went in they said they had to wait for the owner to get off the phone and would give me a call back. Never heard back from her. A month later Im still interested and the next sales guy did the same exact thing! Still havent heard from either one. I got cash in hand but someone else can take it
