DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I came in on New Years Day, and the place was closed; however, there was a gentleman working on a truck in the garage. He informed us that he was a salesman and could help us (even though it was his day off). He lead us into his office and sat us down at his computer so we could check inventory. Free Carfaxes were offered, water was offered, and he was very honest. We were interested in a Lexus RX, he very honestly informed us that their was an oil leak on it. He even went a step further and let us know that those cars usually have transmission issues. We kept looking and found a Santa Fe that we liked. He let me know that they had just received a shipment in from California, and that he was unsure of the condition of it. We were going to go for a test drive and we got in the car and found the fuel light was on. The previous dealership they bought it from apparently drained the gas before sending it to them. There was some shakes and rattles on the car, so we decided to move on since we were pretty picky and they didnt have what we wanted. He had no pressure to buy the Santa Fe in spite of the issues with it, he just said they want us in the right car. They lived up to their reputation "Were too lazy to pressure you". My father in law even said "he seemed very trustworthy." Thats a rare compliment from an Air Force Captain! The rest of our day was full of stress and aggravation at one of the "big boys" till we left their and went to another big boy who was less stress and aggravation. Even though we didnt end up buying there, well definitely be back next time, and hopefully Killer Auto Sales will be our first and last stop!

I bought a Mazda RX-8 from this dealership 4 weeks ago. After tax/title/doc it worked out to $10,000. The test drives went great, the sales guy Ian was friendly, and the owner, Mike was really personable. However, after I gave them my money and got in the car to drive it off the lot, the check engine light came on. They promised to fix it on the following Thursday and I drove it home. On the way home, the clutch went out and I couldnt shift gears. I managed to get it back to the dealership and they adjusted the clutch pedal. After Thursdays repairs, the check engine light came on again while on the way home from the dealersip. It took 2 more trips to the place to get the light off. I left on vacation for 2 weeks in my wifes car and when I get back, I drive the car for 2 days and the trouble begins again! The air conditioning went out and started blowing hot air (its 112 degrees outside), the acceleration started "chugging", and the check engine light is on again! Im done talking with this dealership for repairs as they cant seem to find/fix anything with this vehicle. It was DEFINITELY not worth $10,000. I was sold a lemon, but due to the time I spent on vacation, I have no ground to stand on. Its 3 days for the AZ Lemon law. Im going to have to bite the bullet and take the car to a mazda dealership for an inspection and repair. I will NEVER buy another car at this location, and will warn all my friends/family to stay far away from these people.

THIS WAS THE MOST PAINLESS AND ENJOYABLE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I was looking for a Toyota Yaris Sedan, and found a nice one at their lot. They called me very quick, and I spoke to Keith. I told him how a previous big name dealer would only give me $500 on a trade in for my Rodeo. He said they could do better. I went down and test drove the vehicle, it was everything and more advertised. I spoke with Dave who handled the finances. He gave me a little under KBB for my Rodeo( had to take off for cosmetic defects) but was worth it bc I did not have to put money down. I ended putting money down to lower my payment, but was not much. As opposed to the previous care dealer, where i was there what felt like close to 6 hours, with these guys I was there about a little over an hour and a half. I left with a 2008 Toyota Yaris, at an affordable price and great piece of mind. Anyone looking for used car, I highly recommend these guys Killer Auto Sales...... YOU ROCK!!!!

I was interested in a 2011 Hyundai sonata GLS and knowing I didnt have the best credit was going to just let the car slip on by. I sent a question email to killer auto and was surprised to get a response back so quickly. I was Dustyn that responded. I would go online pretty much daily to check out this car and read up on the dealership itself. Dustyn would call or email me with an answer each time I would ask very promptly. I finally felt comfortable enough to come into the dealership, even with bad credit. I spoke with Dave, Dustyn was not in today. I was very surprised, Dave worked a miracle in the computer and was able to get me financed on This 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS. The car I fell in love with on the internet. I only had to return the next day to bring in paper work and didnt have ride. Once again I was surprised.. Dustyn came and picked me up and brought me to the dealership. I drove the car home that day... I Love these guys they are awesome... Lania

Yes this Dealer Ship keeps nothing but Lemons on the lot...I purchased a 2000 Cadillac DTS from them....With a Wynns extended warranty which they said would cover me even if the engine falls out I would pay $100.00 deductible..After about 32 days of having the car I had a major engine problems...Took the vehicle to Coulter Cadillac and it was going to cost me about 6000.00 dollars to get the car repaired properly which the warranty company would only cover about 3400.00 of the cost...So I only had them fix a couple of the major issues I had to still come out of pocket 800.00 dollars..I had been in Contact with Mike the Sales Manager and Keith the salesman who sold me the car about helping me out by maybe giving me the money I put down..They then turned into Deaf Mutes...And had the nerve to say I had the car over 30 days yeah hands Down the Shadiest CAR DEALERSHIP IN ARIZONA..I suggest they change their name To SHADY AUTO SALES & SERVICE..

I have bought a car from here and I loved that car! They were so sweet and up beat. They really make you feel comfortable and happy with what you pick. We are never pressured. My girlfriends mom got her car repoed and i gave her my lovely car I got from them and she said it was better than her 09 Malibu. I had a very bad experience with A to Z auto sales and I recommend no one give them business because they try to scam you! But we came to Killer Auto and they have helped us so much out of the scam we were in. I pray I can get my second car through them again and I am definitely going to go back again if I ever need one down the road.
