My fiance and I went to King Jewelers with her grandmothers ring. Our intention was to use all three diamond in the ring in a new setting. We were quite discouraged after another diamond jeweler just down the street told us that it was impossible to remove the stones from the existing ring because they were cracked and would fall apart upon removing them. Before going home we decided to give King Jewelers a shot. We met with Tim and he was great. He told us that he saw no issue in removing the stones and putting them in new setting. He even took the ring back to his in-house ring designers to get a second opinion. They confirmed that they would be able to remove the stones and use them in any setting which we picked, custom or otherwise. We found multiple 3 stone settings we liked and Tim talked us through the benefit of different shank widths, mounting heights, and settings. We were very confident upon leaving that we knew which ring was going to be perfect for her and that King Jewelers would be able to make it for us. I returned a couple days later and Tim worked with my schedule to make sure that I got the ring before our backpacking trip, during which I was planning to propose (on the bridge on which we first kissed). As promised the ring was ready 8 days later, right before our trip. It was custom made, in-house, with the diamonds shining brighter than they had in probably 20 years. When we walked into King Jewelers Tim treated us with the utmost respect. We never once felt judged for our age or how we were dressed. From previous visits with other jewelers, I expected the price to be quite high, especially given the quality and prestige King Jewelers is known for. However, they gave me a price which I found incredibly reasonable. I sincerely feel like the quality of ring and service we received far exceeded the price we paid. For this I am very grateful. My fiance loved the ring to say the least. Its a special thing seeing your grandmothers diamonds in a new ring, custom designed and built specifically to your liking. With the perfect ring on her finger our engagement is now complete.

We found ourselves at King Jewelers after getting terrible treatment from some of Nashvilles highest-rated jewelry stores. We needed a vintage estate engagement ring resized, and received rude treatment at one store, and had another store try to tell us our diamond was fake - unacceptable. We ran into King Jewelers feeling incredibly upset with our morning so far, but once Tim started helping us our entire day turned around. After hearing our story, he took the ring into the back and confirmed that we had a real diamond, putting us at ease after the previous jeweler tried to screw with us. Tim was the most gracious, intelligent, and professional fellow that you can imagine. He made sure everything went smoothly, and went the extra mile to walk us through the processes - this was particularly welcome, since my fiancee has serious anxiety and was very worried about having my great grandmothers ring in her care. While we waited for the ring to come out, he stayed with us and chatted - and not even fake small talk, he was genuinely interested in us and was a pleasure to hang with. For such a fabulously stocked store with incredible service, the prices were beyond fair. It was a nice surprise to find that the service was well within our low budget. We will be back to see Tim as soon as its time to select wedding bands, and we honestly cant wait to visit and have him assist us. I cant recommend them highly enough - if you need a jeweler, dont head to the Village or Belle Meade - King Jewelers needs to be at the top of your list. King Jewelers has that special something, a mix of atmosphere, stock, and particularly their employees, that sets them apart from the other shops in Nashville.

I wish to commend the customer service of King Jewelers, in particular, Tim. The circumstances to my finding Tim, and King Jewelers, relates to my need for securing a Pianegonda jewelery box that was recently . . . ah, "misplaced" on a trip. As Pianegonda no longer has a physical location in the US, I was forced to find a jeweler who carried their line. Luckily I found King Jewelers and Tim rather quickly. Tim understood my situation immediately. He went out of his way to quickly secure a replacement Pianegonda box and send it to me FedEx; of which I received today. As a business owner myself, I am very conscious of customer service, and highly critical when it is woefully lacking or abjectly absent. This was NOT the case with Tim. I believe that successful employees are mirror images of successful leaders and companies. What Tim is to King Jewelers is an example of what a "brand" is in terms of greatness to quality, service, price, and honesty. I urge anyone who is considering buying jewelery for their partner, spouse, family member, or friend to choose King Jeweler in Nashville. When you go in, or shop on-line, ask for Tim. I personally attest his patience, understanding and excellent customer service will be a very satisfying experience (he also has a very refined sense of humor too). Businesses and service- like I have been the recipient of from King Jewelery- just do not exist in great numbers in the US. I am a new customer of theirs, and I highly recommend you should be to!

I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am with the ring that Derrick found for me. The best center stone dimensions, weight, cut, color and clarity, and far and away the best setting all within my budget. It honestly was not even close. I searched all of the jewelers in the area, retail, personal jewelers, and did a lot of online comparison shopping. The deal I received at King was unmatched. I was so happy with the ring that I couldnt wait to propose, so Derrick had the ring set and ready to go the very next day!! Obviously she said yes, and I couldnt wait to take her by the store to look at wedding bands. Kings store is so elegant and high-end feeling that you feel proud to take your fiance in and walk around. The ring was about a half size too big, so while we were there Derrick literally had the ring resized and back to us all while we were picking out wedding bands!! Everything from start to finish with King feels high end from the magnetic display cases all the way down to the box the ring is presented in is top notch. Trust me, it makes a difference. Im not saying dont shop around, but Im definitely saying that if you allow King to go to work you, you will not be disappointed!!

My husband (then boyfriend) and I had not been shopping for an engagement ring so the whole thought of even venturing out to do so was a little overwhelming just to get started. We decided to visit a few places just to get an idea for what we were looking for but once we stopped at King, there was really no reason to shop around. Denice West was amazing. She was so king, patient, and helpful. She stayed in our budget without pushing at all. When I didnt really see "the one" she asked us to come back in a few days while she called some of her diamond vendors. A couple days later, we were shown a lovely selection that fit exactly what we were asking for helping us choose the perfect ring. I couldnt be happier and on the day my husband proposed, the ring was perfect still. We have since been back to get his wedding band, my wedding band, my one year anniversary band, and a watch. For an engagement ring, I just cant imagine doing better somewhere else with their selection and quality and top knotch service.
