I am from Indy but was in Nashville for my daughters wedding. I needed to find a jeweler and not knowing the area I asked "Siri". She sent me to Brentwood Jewelers and I am so glad she did! I needed a family heirloom pendant put on a cheap set of pearls. As I was talking with the gentlemen I asked if the case of pearls behind me were real or costume as I had thought about wearing a set of pearls with my dress but my real pearls had little gold balls in between the pearls and the earrings I was wearing were vintage silver and pearls. When he said they were real I said, "I really cant buy a set with all of the wedding costs and besides I already have a set but they dont match my earrings." I was completely stunned when he went to the cabinet and asked me to pick a pair to borrow saying "Its your daughters wedding. You need a set of pearls, just bring them back." I argued with him for a while saying, "You dont even know me" to which he replied "you dont even know me, and yet you left your grandmothers pendant with me." Finally I gave up and left the store with a double set strand of pearls to wear at the wedding. I couldnt believe it. I grew up in a small town (years ago) where people did this kind of thing but no one does this anymore. I couldnt believe it and will shop there while visiting my daughter if we are ever in the market for nice jewelry!! Thank you Brentwood Jewelry and Gifts!

Today was my first visit to Brentwood Jewelry & Gifts. The staff is extremely helpful. My initial reason for going was to get wedding ring appraised for insurance purposes. But then, I ended up buying a rope bracelet and having another ring repaired. The prices were reasonable, the insurance appraisal amount was about what I expected (and the appraisal cost was lower than expected), and the staff went over the top to please me. They are my kind of folks. Over and above that, the appraiser took the time to listen to me about my personal business, after he had completed his work, while work on the other ring was being done. I have probably passed by this store dozens of times and did not notice it. As good luck would have it for me, today, I used Google, made some phone calls, and was in and out in short order. I do not think I will ever use another jeweler either in Nashville or Brentwood again.5 ***** absolutely!

This is a family owned business that has honest and friendly staff. We have had small issues with jewelry purchased from other companies prior to us moving to the area. They have taken care of us every time. Other places nickle and dime you and try to sell you warranties. This jeweler is more concerned about the long term relationship and goes the extra mile to satisfy thier customers. No high pressure sales here. I started coming here from a friends recommendation. I have and will continue to recommend them to others as well.

My wife and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and I wanted to make it a memorable one for her. I had shopped around a lot of jewelry stores in the area, but the prices were just too high. Then I went to Brentwood Jewelers and I couldnt believe the amazing selection they offered at such a great price. I was able to find the perfect ring for my wife for hundreds of dollars less than I would have paid at any other store! I was looking for a pretty straight-forward watch repair service and Brentwood Jewelers went absolutely above and beyond. I walked in the store not looking like much, despite that, they treated me quickly and were eager to help. After doing multiple repairs, they quickly returned the timepiece in full working order. The service was absolutely phenomenal. Dont go with some fake chain store, these guys are the real deal. 10/10

I went there to have my diamond ring sized and went back for a new watch that I love! You really feel like family and they take great care of their customers. These folks are terrific. I am far from their best customer, but they have fixed my old watch for me on a few occasions and always do good work. Their selection is awesome, as well...if I were in the market for fine jewelry, I would shop here before I went to any chain store.

Errol is the best. If you something unique (which you do so your woman doesnt punch you when her coworker gets the exact same ring or necklace ) or even MADE just for you this is where you need to go. Good place if your into Swiss watches. Staff always super friendly.
