I had a horrible experience. I came for a very important mothers day gift. The floor team member was very nice and fairly new at his job which is no problem but had to walk back and forth to the manager after every other question I had. When I had questions about an exchange the manager responded to me while talking to someone else on the phone. After having to explain my situation about an exchange three times (twice to the same manager) they said they couldnt do it. They also explained to me that I need to make sure I know what I want before buying something so that I wouldnt need to have an exchange next time. Kay jewelers in Parkway Place mall exchanged the band and were very personable and polite. Go there first if you can.
