Most of the,employees were nice and very helpful. When I asked the manager Roy to adjust outrageously priced canning jars, I was advised pricing was done through corporate and there wasnt anything that he could do about it. I showed him the price online of about $10.00 per dozen give or take a couple of pennies for the name brand jars. The genetic, no name jars that were at the goodwill were marked $1.99 each. WOW what a markup! I realize it is my choice whether to buy them or not and needless to say, I opted to not purchase them and went down the road to purchase brand new ones.

I love going to goodwill. The employees are so friendly. Especially at the Batavia Illinois store. But Im having a harder and harder time finding anything that I want to buy. It seems like all the better-quality items are being shipped out of the store instead of allowing the customer base to purchase them.

Good store. Staff is kind and helpful. Large selection of clothes for everyone. Less furniture than a few other Goodwill stores in the area. Plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff. Usually some nice miscellaneous items. Have found a few tools. This is one I enjoy going to.

I was donating stuff and I accidentally put one of my most valuable shirt, I called them after and they found it less an hour. Thank you for finding my item and I trust this goodwill store. I recommend them.
