Discount tires twice put on tires on our vehicle and cross threaded the lug nuts first time 3 out 5 light nuts sheared off and after they "repaired";it 4 months later while my girlfriend and son were driving the same lug nuts broke but this time all 5 bolts broke and the car tire came completely off on orchard luckily they werent seriously injured , and now there corporate office refuses to pay for the damages saying its not there fault , so just so everyone knows they are another big business who cares nothing about taking responsibility for their mistakes. ...

If you want to waste you time; this is a good place to go. Waited almost 2 hours for new tires. Not like any of then give a crap; as I sit there outside watching them chit chat and dance to their music blaring in the shop. 16inch tires shouldnt take 2 hours mate.... thanks for taking $500 of mine and 2hours of my time.

Exceeded my expectations. Very professional and courteous. I made my appointment too late and they were able to move the time to an earlier one. When I arrived, the tires I had ordered online were not shipped on time so I got a free upgrade to better ones that they had in stock. Recommend this place.

Very helpful and informative. I went in knowing what I wanted and they still helped me understand any extra services I was getting along with my purchase. They were quick with my service. I recommend these guys they are least expensive from everywhere I checked and tend to you very well.

Not how it used to be, I have a damaged rim on car and knew about it, but they didnt inform me about it, I believe it could even be a safety hazard. It took over two hours to get a simple rotation. However I had a great conversation with another customer to fill the time.

Went above and beyond, the manager Al was fantastic and took care of us like no other business ever has that I can remember. I had an issue with some work on a 3500 Dodge dually but it was taken care of beyond my expectations. thank you so much!!!!

Friendly staff and competitive prices. I have been using discount tires since 2003, and this location particularly a year. Just purchased new tires from this location this past fall and got high quality contintenal tires, for a very good price.

Got in for tire rotations, asked if I could leave my number and they call me when they were done, they did that, I walked home and when they were done, called me up, and my car was up front waiting for me! Couldnt ask for a better service!

I found a nail in my tire and was supposed to see my daughter in Lombard. They fixed it for free. I had to wait for a while but they are very nice. I bought tires there before and their prices are really good.

Best service in Aurora. They are very reasonable and honest when buying product. I bought a set of rims. Rung up to over $700, with some negotiating left only paying $550 that included install.
