Terrible service!!! I was rushed off of the premises like they didnt want me there. I came all the way from Alabama, 13 hours away. AJ is the worse salesman I have ever seen! How do you recieve my application and then rush me off of your lot while i was browsing around like I was going to steal something. He didnt even take the time to look over my application. He gave me his card and told me he would follow up with me while nudging me towards the exit. Really? Thanks for showing me what Michigans salesman are really about. I have never felt so unwanted at a car dealership. I thought that salesmen were suppose to make you feel comfortable and appreciated while trying to get you to shop with them. I wouldnt give this place a half of a star and the only reason that Im giving this one star is because I cant post my comments without clicking on at least one star.

Horrible!!! I have been going back and forth with them for weeks regarding a car I bought from "one of their brokers" as they called him (even though their company is on the title). We were lied to and told the car I purchased was not in an accident, only to find out it was! They didnt even clean the car out from the previous owner, in which is how we discovered it was in an accident. We found all the receipts of what was "replaced" from it. After taking the car in, there are multiple issues leading to this. They stated there was nothing I could do bc the car was sold "as is". Complete bullshit! We would have never bought the car knowing it was in an accident, hence the reason we asked in the first place! Anything to make a dollar regardless of the safely of a family! Now we are talking to a lawyer

They must not want or need to sell cars. I contacted them 3 times. Twice through car gurus website. Once through their own website. No response at all. If youre selling items of any kind to the public, answer youre Email. Laziness in a car dealer should be a huge red flag to anyone buying a car. If you cant find the time or motivation to even answer an Email, what else are you not doing to help your customers? Title work, loan applications, car background checks, current customer support and follow up? It would have taken less than 5 minutes to answer my 3 questions. And youre establishment could have sold a car and made money. Im pretty sure that is the idea. Customers dont need you, you need them. There are many many other dealers around that get it.

Very horrible dealership, if I could give it no stars I would, what I recommend to anyone who even considers this dealership an option, fully inspect the car you are purchasing, I was sold a vehicle with a number of issues I was not told about. Its such a hassle to even get my plates and registration, every time I call this place to see if they have it Im met with a "call back in the next couple days" horrible customer service also as Im filling out the paper work, I saw a worker playing with a pistol in plain sight behind the desk. I shouldve took that as a sign to take my money and leave. But to anyone who reads this, DO NOT! go to this place full of scanners and 2 bit thieves.

I traded in my first car that I already owned for a better car, when my 95 Chevy Corsica actually rode better than the 05 Cadillac SRX. The guy who helped me was so unorganized. Every time it came down to needing something, he waited until the last minute to ask for the info. Every time i thought i was that much closer to driving off BOOM, he needed more. Ive had my Cadillac for a yr now. Ive put more into fixing the car than paying the note, starting in March! Luxury Auto advertise LEMONS! I even helped my niece buy a LEMON from them!! Her and my transmission both went out!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Theyll sell you a car and wont tell you half of the stuff wrong it. Theyre shady. Update: We were sold a car they didnt have the title to. So after waiting over a month and going back twice to get temporary plates renewed we said if they didnt have the title by a certain day we wanted our money back. They screamed at us and we had to threaten to call the cops. We didnt get back all of our money. Then they tried to get us to buy another car.... this place was a joke. And AJ is a Moron I bet his buddies made those other fake 5 star reviews.

I went here i thought it was great at first the staff was kind but i had issues as soon as i left that night w the electrical n now its been almost 2 months i havent recieved the title amd i got stopped bc they ran my plate n it ismt transferred to the van and they charged me to due so so i wouldnt have to go somewhere else its been a huge run around i been on the phone all day trying to figure it out amd all i get is "were working on it please hold" never again will i go here.

If your looking for a great vehicle, Moose is the man! Ive purchased 3 luxury vehicles from Moose and all of the have been great reliable vehicles! The first one being a Mercedes Benz S550, the second being a BMW 750li, and the 3rd being a 2011 Jaguar XJL! Very professional, efficient, and fast approval! I honestly cant see myself buying a car from anywhere else.

I bought my Mercedes S550 a few months ago and was helped by Moose. I told him specifically what color combination that I wanted and there it was a day after where it was sitting on white on peanut butter leather. Just what I wanted, the cars excellent and they keep their word. Thanks a lot LAG! Definitely coming back to buy my wife a new car soon.

Last year my husband brought me a 05 Pontiac G6 from here and I must say I love my car. At first I was a bit skeptical because the car wasnt there when I intially came to get it but I was told by the salesman that the car was definitely worth the wait and Im glad I waited. I love this car. Ill definitely be back fora other one.

I just purchased my first car from luxury auto group, they were very helpful. unfortunately, i dont have the best credit, but they were able to put me in a 2013 malibu for $187 a month, so im very happy. Moose was very helpful and patient with me. I would recommend them to family and friends
