Not a good experience here at all. After being hounded to pay $100 for delivery whens we insisted we could pick it up ourselves.. we were told it would be there in 2 days and to call that morning to verify what time to pick it up. We quickly sold our other couch to make room. When we called up that morning it was to arrive. They told us they had mistakenly scheduled it for the next week and we had to wait another week. We had family coming for the weekend that then got to spend the time visiting in an empty living room... we also had a one week old baby that slept in the living room at the time so we go t to sleep on the floor until it came. When we addressed the issue with them they attempted to give us a different color one, but that was only after we called back to talk about it for the third time. In the end they gave us 7% off the couch... UGH! Not happy and will go elsewhere for furniture in the future..

Terrible experience with this store bought a futon and mattress spent roughly $350 dollars. The frame bent and broke after three days they came out to look at it and they said they wouldnt cover it even though they have a 90 day guarantee. The sales person really wasnt to interested in us buying a product made it seem like it was a lot of work to order one up, when we were the only customers in the store. So I decided to take my business elsewhere I went to furniture mart in West Fargo. Great positive buying experience had the new frame in a few days. They also took care of the old frame free of charge. Thanks slumberland my new $100 frame I got from you is sitting in a landfill.
