Great little store. Does the most it can with the little space it has. Friendly staff always ready to talk about and recommend their favorite games. One of the only reasons to visit the Oaks Mall as it has become so focused on clothing stores. Never a fan of "club rewards" (I dont need more cards!) but if you become a member, it is a huge benefit. Cheek them out!

Honestly, some of the best experiences Ive had. Very lenient with return dates given some criteria, do some great deals for me as a Pro Rewards member, always have my back. They are very driven on customer service at this location. Highly recommend them and their pro rewards membership for $15 a year. Not a bad deal at all if you game avidly!

One person working on Sunday??? Plus this is the 33rd time my son has bought a game and it didnt work. Which means I have to bring it back to the store and wait in line again to trade it in. Its horrible.

Staff is not very knowledgeable and they offer poor returns for used games. However prices are good and sometimes you can find hard to find games.
