Okay people Im not a google guy or yelp but I took the time cuz I felt like I needed too. I wanted to get a new pair of glasses cuz mine were getting a little dull and beat up. I dont have money to buy new glassses every year either . Anyways, I was informed they polish and clean frames for 50.00 ! I was go for it and it honestly the best 50.00 I have ever spent. He made my day. I have been coming here for awhile and never ever did me wrong. I leave here happy every single time. Thank u direct optical for always taking care of me. I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses from Direct Optical, my regular glasses and a pair of sun glasses. The Doctor was fantastic, he explained everything in plain English so it was easy to understand. The customer service is excellent and the choice of frames is second to none. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I especially liked that they had another person, on the staff, double check their work so that the lenses lined up correctly. The finished products were top notch and the best glasses and lenses for the price I have ever had.

Love this place! The best selection of glasses Ive found around Canton. The sales associates are very knowledgable and super helpful. They took their time, and were very good at helping my wife and I find the glasses that looked best on us. And on top of that my wife had an issue with another pair of glasses we didnt even buy there and they were happy to take care of it for us and they didnt even charge! So if youre on the market for a new pair of specs, definitely check out Direct Optical!

I came in with an impossible to fix limited edition pair of CHANEL sunglasses which Happen to be one of my favorite pair. Not only did Robert do the impossible and fix, the total experience was prompt and flawless. I cannot even believe how great the repair was, they actually feel more secure than when I purchased them. I am a difficult case when it comes to vision. I like Direct optical a lot, the doc was very nice and helped me quite a bit. I was able to order what i needed and everything went very well. Gas permeable contacts, Soft lenses for sport, Glasses prescription.... Great place and worked with my insurance. Thank you again!

The staff is really friendly and pleasant and I was really impressed with the store and selection as well. I absolutely love my eyeglasses theyre unique and trendy. I couldnt find what I was looking for anywhere else. Ive been to other stores, I definitely recommend this place over any other!!

I appreciate how helpful the customer service people were. They showed many options and were very thorough. A year later they fixed my lenses after my mistake of using the wrong cleaner. I am looking forward to taking my new Rx to Direct optical after my cataract surgery.

The staff is what makes this place great, helpful and friendly. Theyll adjust your glasses and fix them for free whenever you need it. Theres a lot of choices to choose from. It can be expensive though, watch out.
