Why no review for "0" stars? Two pairs of glasses, for the $78 offer. Not even close to being $78, ramp that figure up at least 3xs. But I needed them fast (though they did not turn out to be so fast), so I went ahead and did purchase one pair that I thought would be reliable with some good glass. They lasted 6 months until the glass started cracking at the top and started making its way down. Then, on a business trip yesterday (8 months from purchase), the frames broke. I called and asked about the warranty....there isnt any folks unless you "buy" the protection package. I didnt, caveat emptor, shame on me. The employee stated, "Nothing lasts forever". I told him that I have only had them for 8 months and shouldnt you expect something to last more than 8 months? Are they selling disposable glasses cheap? Well, there not cheap, but they certainly are disposable. You have to pay even more just to be able to return them for repair if they break in under a year? Avoid this place, run away because their advertising is not all complete and their products are cheap, easily break and fracture and I was never able to see correctly out of them anyways. Same for my wife, she stated she could not see well out of her glasses purchased from them. We will not be back. Zero stars.

The same day eyeglasses sold me. The store is less than 5 minutes from my house. I didnt need an appointment for the eye exam and walked out with 2 pairs of glasses for $78. The staff was Very courteous, and very professional and very personable. Eyeglass World staff went over and above the call of duty. After buying the glasses I had a little buyers remorse, I bought one pair for reading and the second pair for distance. After trying them out for a day I realized I should have bought to bifocals. I went back and was warmly surprised that I was able to trade in my glasses and upgrade to the bifocals I desperately needed. I give this establishment a full 5 star review and recommend that anyone that wants to experience fast, friendly, professional service at an affordable price to go to the Eyeglass World in Novi!

I had a fantastic experience here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and honest. Help me pick out frames but didnt pressure me into buying something I didnt need. They explained to me the various deals available to me at different price ranges. I love my new glasses and they were made in a single day! Normally my glasses take over a week to come in. They definitely have my business for as long as Im in the area. Theyre prices are the fairest Ive seen and theyre selection is extraordinary. Thanks Eyeglass World 8-], Aaron

I needed glasses in a pinch and they had me covered. I paid 78 dollars by not adding any of the frills such as anti-scratch or anti-reflective coatings. My particular prescription took about an hour to fill. The staff members were all friendly and the place was very much in order. All the other places I called said Id be waiting for days.

Great experience getting my daughter her reading glasses. They made everything so easy and its actually affordable! Easy to shop, knowledgeable staff and glasses almost immediately. Going to be a return customer!

They advertise "2 pair of glasses for $78". However the frames are $78 and the glasses are $78 and up. You end up paying double the advertised price. FALSE ADVERTISING
