worst small business i have ever encountered. Customer service was terrible, worse than terrible, worst people i have ever spoken with over a phone. I ordered a product they didnt have in stock (which is their most popular color and product) then proceeded to wait for 3 months till it was "back in stock", mind you they make everything right there in the store. How does it take 3 months to get me a product you can make in the store in less than an hour? furthermore after waiting three months they sent me the wrong color. I sent it back and was then told they were sold out of the color i wanted. At this point i am sure you could see how angry I was. I said fine send it to me when its made. another 3 months later and still no wind pro hoodie. I called and demanded a refund and she said she "couldnt find my return". Then I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to put her on saying she had more important things to do. More important that dealing with an incredible upset customer and the livelihood of your business? So not only did they not send me a product, they sent me the wrong one and lost all my information, and management wouldnt even talk to me. This company is garbage and their product isnt that great either compared to others. Way overpriced for what you get and their companys integrity is terrible. I would recommend staying as far away from this small town garbage dump store for as long as they are in business, which im sure if others have the same experience i had with them, wont be long.

I am a local in the area and love Melenzana. However, today (3-18 at about 1130) I went in with my family including two small children going to get a gift for my daughter. We walked in and the lady at the desk interrupted her own phone call to yell at my children to not touch the clothes. This is my first bad customer service experience with this company, but my father (who was there with us) said this lady in particular is always extremely rude. She must be the owner because I cant imagine anyone that rude keeping her job long driving customers away like that. At least she wouldnt in my business.

Maybe best value, product quality customer service Ive ever encountered making an on-line purchase. Great products obviously designed by people ski, board, mtn bike, climb, etc. Not NYC hipsters. Their hoodies & beanies are as good as it gets regardless of price. And when I ordered on line and they had a bit of a delay they called me 10 minutes after I submitted to ask my about my preferences. This place is Made in the US quality.

This store is employee owned and the manufacturing area is directly behind the retail space. Its great to know that the items youre purchasing are made by people you can meet and talk to. The local emphasis isnt a recent fad, either, as theyve been in business over 20 years. Great clothes, too!

Went to the store in Leadville. Limited stock and very expensive. I asked if they had a particular sweatshirt in my size, and the gentleman at the counter just said ,"No" without any more information about how I could get one or any help whatsoever. Horrible customer service!

My husband and I both recently ordered a micro grid hoodie, and we could not be happier with the product we received. Great customer service, responded to emails within a day, fast shipping. We spend a lot of time camping and hiking and the hoodies are light weight and warm.

High end outerwear. Locally made and owned. Ive had Melly gear last FOREVER! Takes a beating. It is pricey, but for clothing that is MADE IN THE USA and will LAST 3 TIMES LONGER longer than other high end brands, I consider it money intelligently spent.
