I tried to make a return just due to the size. I ordered the product on 11/22/14. I got the items and called the same day because they were way to small. I tried calling for a return label for almost 2 weeks! Finally, I paid for the return shipping and sent it back to the address online. After about 6 messages I received a call back from a very nice gentleman, Brendon. I thought everything would work out fine. The package was returned to me a week later with a message that it was refused at the delivery address by the company. I had to pay for this to ship out AGAIN! Now after over $22.00 in return shipping, I finally got my money back for the order but am out the cost of shipping. Using this website.... I am out over $22.00 and have no product to show for it.... I have asked for a refund on the shipping, again I am just ignored and not responded to.
