La tienda esta muy bien, grande y con mucha mercancía, bastante espacio de estacionamiento y el personal amable, lo único que me molesta es que siempre hay mucha línea para pagar y los fines de semana es peor !!!!

This was the worst customer service I ever seen. Because my wife is black she did not receive any help. We literally stood in front of they and they did nothing. Shortly after they went to help a Hispanic lady. This all happened in the makeup department. They all deserve to be fired on the spot

This JCPenney has excellent employees. I came into contact with a department supervisor and manager and they both assisted me. The JCPenney at Cielo Vista should be trained by the employees at this JCPenney.
