I-Love-CO Mountains

Heres the short version: Male manager at the 30th and Walnut location in Boulder not only called my fiance a "lying b*tch," sending her out of the store in TEARS, but effectively stole the shoes she was trying to return, because he refused to return them to her after declining a refund. Was AWFUL to me when i called to reconsile. I am considering filing a police report for theft and verbal assault, which is taken VERY seriously in Colorado. NEVER EVER go here. TERRIBLE customer service, ABUSIVE MANAGER!

I am just really disappointed with this store i was helped by tony and he was so rude i dont know how he is a store manager. Im a store manager my self and i dont think he has the skills to run a store. He really must hate his life cuz its not the first time i go in and hes in a bad mood. And to make things worse he gets to close to his girl employees and that just discussed me.

There are some great deals here but you really have to scour the store to find them. A bit disorganized and some items are broken or dirty. A step up from the thrift store.

Literally half of the store is empty. Ross is my favorite store, but it is useless going here because they get no product. I dont even know why they have it there.

Like a TJ Maxx / Marshalls, it is deep discount shopping. You have to sift through a lot of stuff, but if you and patient and determined, you get some great finds.
