best toys r us i have been to. what a selection and well placed. you would think it would be small with limited items but no not at all. you be happy you came to this store believe i have been to nj/ ny stores and this one is #2 of course the #1 store is 42nd street. this store in the bronx might have better stock. neat, clean and helpful staff believe it or not. loved my x-mas experience there.

Worse customer service ever. Today I called to check an item, they left me on hold for 30 min until I hung up Purchased a $500 crib they took 1 1/2 to find it Tried to find an employee for help. No one is ever around or they have like 5 employees working that day so you have to wait 1 hour before getting cared for Terrible.

The staff is horrible. They do not want to help - I was there with my husband taking a CPR class and two associates were very annoyed that we were there even saying things behind our back as if we werent listening and they were also carrying a conversation and cursing at the same time. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional.

I was very pleased with my visit. Soon as I got to the baby registry department I was greeted by an employee named Troy, I asked him about the stroller I wanted to buy. Which he then got a team member named Kadian who was very helpfull with the process of me with my purchase.... I highly recommand going here...

This Babies "R" Us is really understaffed. Buying/returning something simple takes more than an hour. At least the employees were helpful.
