I ordered a replacement "baby blanket" for my daughter 12 days ago, and my Pay Pal account was charged the same day. 6 days later I had a missed call from them, but when I listened to the Voicemail, it was just "you are on hold with customer service. Thanks for choosing Mega Babies". Today I called them and was told that my order had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said the order was ruined in the warehouse. Simon said my paypal account had been refunded, but I was checking online while on the phone with him and it was not. He said he would hang up and fix it; if I didnt have a refund by tomorrow I should call back. If I dont have a refund by tomorrow, Ill be calling the Better Business Bureau instead. Not telling customers the order has been cancelled is shady, at best and not refunding the order is illegal.

Placed an order on 7/24/2014. Writing the review 8/6/2014 Still have not received the item I ordered. Payment they knew how to take quickly but after any customer service was to much to ask for. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company before , called over 10 times and kept getting the same message from the same person - we are busy , or the person who handles the order is unavailable to take your call or we will call you back. No response , or call back no nothing. I could have ordered in any other professional company and received my order or at the least if something was backordered or out of stock the proper customer service. Would not recommened this company to anyone !!!

Absolutely awful experience. Spoke to one of their salespeople on the phone this week (about buying a Bugabbo stroller) and was absolutely let down. He was just so sharp and horrible. He made it sound like a crime that I called to inquire about the product. He didnt really have a clue about price and product information (he was changing his mind about the price every other sentence). Just an awful experience. Go ahead call them, youll see what i mean. If the guy with the thick voice picks up then youll know youre in for a battering round from someone who thinks hes commandeering his unit in the military...

I cannot tell you what a horrible experience it has been working with MegaBabies. We got the round about when our crib and dresser were going to be delivered. Finally we were told that they made a mistake and they didnt have the furniture we ordered in stock and we were sent a loaner. The crib arrived broken and the piece was left on the floor. The very large boxes that the furniture came in were also left behind. I came home from the hospital with a new baby having to deal with all of this, which made our lives much harder.

My husband and I absolutely love The Mega Babies! We feel so blessed because the store is in our neighborhood of Boro Park, Brooklyn, but they also have a great website for convenient online shopping. Whenever we walk into The Mega Babies were are helped by friendly and knowledgeable staff who never fail to give us attentive service and good advice about whatever we need, whether it’s infant cribs or baby highchairs. The quality of all the products is fantastic, and so are the prices.

BEWARE! Classic bait and switch scheme. Bought and paid for a Bonavita crib online, got a receipt, then got a call the following day that the price has gone up AND the item does not qualify for free shipping (which was plastered all over their website). Now it costs $200 more, but they would "talk to someone" to "try to get a better price" and get it closer to what they advertised on their website. Used car anyone?

I went browsing for baby furniture in a few different stores and none gave us the customer service and attention like Mega Babies. They have competitive pricing and a knowledgeable staff. My order arrived even earlier than expected and they assembled it all that day. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family.

Great prices, great quality and great service. Free delivery and set up included in their prices. If you have any issue they come to your house to fix it. Also, got a free car seat when buying my furniture and stroller here. Very satisfied customer, would definitely recommend.
