I decided to return the stroller after one month . I know the policy said strollers can be returned in 90 days if in like new condition with the original receipt . The supervisor saw my middle east fast n decided to take advantages on immergrant with an accent . Right away open the box and directly looked at the wheels and tell me right away unfortunately we cannot return because only policy permit returning only unused brand new or defective items which is a lie. How can I find out the item is defective if I do not use it . I show her the policy written on the receipts says IN Like New items accompanied with purchase receipts can be returned . She didnt change the bad attitude but more she warned me that this is the last time they will accept the return and it will be in a form of exchange . Since that is what exactely what I need , I didnt argue . I got the exchange and left the store with a secession not to have more business with this store . They need to know the majority of residents in besonhurst are immegrants but not stupieds, having accent but understand. Not recommending any business with this site anymore

The worst customer service from a cashier named Phyllis. She was rude and even tried to act as if I was making up the price match prices and double checked every price check I age her. But she did not do this with other customers who were of Asian and Caucasian dissent. The manager did credit my card back $10 for the inconvenience, but her attitude and disdain of me as the customer made me never want to shop there again.

Never answers the phone. I tried calling them many times because I ordered a crib and the lady working there told me I was suppose to receive my order in 5-10 days and thats I was suppose to get a call in 48 hours to schedule the delivery date and turns out my order is on hold till November.

Place is a mess! They never answer the telephone. No one wants to work. Cannot get any customer service. We went to shop and the sales help were playing basket ball in the aisles, plus they dont know where anything is! Terrible place, they need new management.

Dont order online and pickup in this store. No one seems to be able to get your item when you arrive. Otherwise, typical baby r us with long and slow lines.
