Im very disappointed with the online service, I ordered the corkimat in Nov and was led to believe it was actually available in inventory, just a few days back someone from the store reached out to me explaining that they dont have this item in stock anymore, at this point I would like a refund but cannot reach anyone at the online department as they are only open Mon to Friday, left 2 voicemails and 2 emails but havent received any response yet.
